Paid the design fee, the least expensive of the 3 "designs" was tens of thousands over budget. I asked for explanation of expenses and copy of a real contract to review, no response months later after multiple attempts to contact. The itemization of expenses was incomplete, missing about $80,000.

After an initial positive consultation the firm ghosted us. We attempted contact with the consulting team member four times (2 phone calls and 2 emails) without success over a 3 week span. We went with another company.

We called New Spaces to set up an appointment to remodel our two story stairway. Jennifer took the call and set the appointment for monday, saying we would get a email confirmation. We did NOT get a confirmation. it left us wondering if she was going to come. She did come, TEN minutes Late. Told her we wanted a new stairway design. During our appointment, Jennifer said Four times: we would have "Sticker Shock"! What did that mean??? Was She judging us? When she left, she said she would have Three quotes with images by the end of the day. We never heard from her, so I sent an email from my account, instead of my husband's, stating we were looking forward to her design quotes. Still no response! It has been FOUR weeks now! I would not recommend them to anyone! Extremely disappointed!

I've been working for New Spaces for some time now, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the experience. New Spaces finished our lower level in 2014 adding living space, office, laundry room, bathroom & storage. Everyone (especially Jennifer, Amber & Ed) was wonderful to work with and had the highest standards in making sure everything was executed timely and with the highest quality! Our designer listened to what we were looking for but was also wonderful in offering up various options that we hadn't even considered.The process was smooth, the contractors were pleasant and always showed up! New spaces remodeled our kitchen first. What a difference opening up our kitchen to a living room we rarely used! They were easy to work with throughout the whole project. Five years after the kitchen remodel they did a bathroom remodel for us. Same professionalism, easy communication & great carpenters. Our kitchen/first floor remodel turned out beautiful. Ross did a fantastic job as the lead carpenter. A true professional and highly rated craftsman. Jayme, our designer, was able to create an open and flowing floor plan that captured the vision we wanted in our home. Jennifer, our home advisor, worked with us throughout the whole remodel design. She was easy to work with and listened to us when issues occurred. Our remodel happened during the middle of the pandemic so shipping delays pushed back the completion date. Our main concern was lack of communication that occurred a few times which led to some frustration on our end. A true rating for us would be in a range of 3.5 to 4 stars.Service: Kitchen remodeling

Six years ago New Spaces remolded our kitchen. We loved it. This past summer our house was damaged by a speeding car that hit it. I called New Spaces right away to see what could be done. They came out right way and we made plans to have it all fixed. We can hardly wait for the repairs to begin after the first of the year. They were fun to work with, did good work that exceeded our expectations, and were very accommodating with regard to any warranty or repair items that came up.
