August 31st of 2023 I am so happy to announce that not only were we able to close on time, but we even got a pretty sweet deal with 52k less than the asking price! I am so happy that he made it possible and now we can call ourselves homeowners!I call this my miracle loan because he really did act from the kindness of his heart to help guide me in all the right directions rather than just someone waiting to collect their next paycheck.
