I had a great experience!! I had just come from an interview and stopped in to buy something to decompress. When I went to pay for my items with my card, something happened with my card. The register said that I was $.61 short. He didn't ask me for $,61 he just said, "Don't worry about it." I wish I had gotten his name, so I can tell you all to give him $.61 a thousand times over.

In and out in a flash. Staff is amazing to deal with. I skip total wine and their good prices to make things a breeze. Maybe you pay a dollar more for your regular stuff, but it's worth it everytime

Rudest manager! He had to be called to the front to check my friend's ID (who is over 21) and he had nothing but attitude. Had the audacity to say insanely snippy comments to my friend the entire transaction. Then when it was my turn to purchase, he looked at my ID for a long long time, gave me a rude look and then was snippy to me. Completely unprofessional! We were nothing but understanding and professional with the workers. The only reason I gave two stars was for the cashier who did her job very professionally. I feel bad she has to work for a manager like that. Someone should look into that manager's customer service training because obviously it's not working.

Decent selection. Floors are pretty dirty and could use some TLC.Bought a 24 pack of 16oz Nordeast that was expired.Called the store and emailed corporate on what can be done about this was was functionally ignored.So... make sure you're not buying expired product I guess? Or just shop elsewhere.Edit: I gave the store and corp 1 week to the day to offer a solution after reaching out to them.

Buy from anywhere else. These guys are at the top of the not nice list. Don't let someone In the store and tell them they have a minute or 2 to shop, and then tell them you can't sale to them 5 seconds later. Rules are rules yes, but treating your customers with respect and not changing your story in 5 seconds is another.
