I went to buy two phones for my kids and the worker Kyle told me two phones would be $250. I only had $200, and so he said he would do a “deal” for me on some Samsung phones. They were terrible quality and the phones didn’t even work well so I tried to return them 3 days later. He refused at first to give any money back and then tried to fight my husband and got aggressive with me. So cops got involved and that is the ONLY way I got any money back, the manager was on the phone and equally rude. He also waaaaaaay over charged me for the “activation fee” and so they kept majority of my money because you don’t get that back. I spent almost an entire day fighting for my money back and nobody helped me through the company. Definitely don’t go there and don’t trust them and wouldn’t recommend the company either! They are doing criminal things over there.

Why do this location have workers who don’t know what they’re doing. Apparently he can’t switch over my phone number because it’s against their “policy”? Even though the location in Bloomington was able to do it.. On top of that, he kept saying “I won’t do it” and he kept raising his voice at me… There is no such thing as customer servicenow a days huh.

This store is never open when they are supposed to be during store hours.I arrived at 4:17pm. They have a paper taped on the door that says “5 munite” which I assumed meant the employer would return in 5 minutes. I waited outside for 30 minutes and no one ever came. Clearly no one is even here; it’s not a 5 minute bathroom break. Whoever works here is putting up a 5 minute sign and leaving. This is the 2nd time this happened, when they are not open during store hours and have a 5 minute sign up. The owner and employees of this establishment are unreliable to have the store opened during store hours.

The worst place ever! Set for 2 hours owner had to come in charge me money that said I get a reimbursement on that I didn't get customer service sent me back to the store and the store sent told me to leave.. When I asked to speak with the owner he said he might be in in a couple days do not go here do not use this service

Went to go add a free line to my account and got over charged not to mention the phone I got don't work I would not recommend going to this store at all!!!

Went to this location today to transfer service over and get a new phone. 1st get there there is a sign backwards on door. Ok cool I'll run my other errands. 2nd time I go back worker is in there but door is locked. Um..ok...run another errand come out of said store and now the gate is up like they are closing. All this at like 3:30-4:15pm. So unsatisfied. Smh....
