Paula and her team are amazing, I needed a storage space right away and they quickly set me up with one. I love the fact it is inside and climate controlled storage. We were able to move all our stuff in with no hassles. The elevators are huge and have a lot of space. The customer service provided by the team here is awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

I needed to rent a small storage unit for work so I rented a space with Metro Storage. I worked with Paula to get everything set up. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The facility is very clean and modern, with easy access. Thank you, Paula for all your help.

This Burnsville location gets HIGH marks! Paula, the on-site property/store manager is wonderful!! She is always so pleasant and professional. This week she went out of her way to help me get my storage unit open (due to some major lock malfunction) because I needed to access it before the maintenance person would be back on site for assistance. My mission was accomplished thanks to Paula!! . Much appreciated!

Metro storage was a great choice for us to store are things. Supper clean area, reasonable price, great location. Cassie was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, knowledgeable and just an all out nice person. This country needs more people like Cassie. Make sure you pay her well. You don't want to loose good employees like her. Cheers!
