I ordered a 3-item set of Studio 4 dancewear for my granddaughter's birthday gift. I ordered/paid for the items mid-October for her November 18th birthday. First, I was informed on Oct. 26 that all items were not available, so I chose from their substitutes immediately. Nothing was done by her birthday, so I purchased alternative gifts, thinking the dance clothing would be her Christmas gift. All items had now been promised by the 2nd week of December, 2022. NOTHING was done by Christmas! (Obviously, she received other gifts from us!) On Friday, January 13th, I received a call saying the items could be picked up. This is inexcusable....2 months late! I use companies such as Denise's Metallic Gorilla for work, and have experience in a "normal" turn-around time. I am more than disappointed in this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a couple sweatshirts for a trip I was going on, and I’m so glad I ordered them here!! They were made in a timely fashion and Denise was so attentive to how I wanted them to look! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy any custom products!
