I purchased a couch from here in June. The couch was wrapped in plastic, and I could only see what the color looked like. It was one piece, so I assumed that it was just one sofa. I decided to purchase it because I liked the color. I got one of their associates to help me. He took me to a computer and printed off a purchase receipt because I would have to come back to pick it up later once, I had a vehicle to haul it. I came back the next day to pick up the sofa. I ended up renting one of their pickup trucks to haul it. Once I got it home, my brother who was going to move into my house realized that there should be another piece. I went back to Menards and spoke with a manager who said they do not have the other piece and I could call Ashley to see if I can get it from them. This is supposed to be an L shaped sofa and will serve no purpose without the other piece. I have called Ashley, and they cannot get me another piece. I am out of over $300 and am not very happy at the moment. I will not buy furniture from here again. Menards should be ashamed of themselves because they should have known there should be 2 pieces and I should have been made aware of that. I would not have purchased this otherwise. Wish I could give 0 stars.

It's Menards. The best store ever constructed. Big, clean, staffed and good prices. The other big box stores work in a pinch or for something specific, but 98% of the time it's Menards I shop. I do wish they had a kids workshop though!

Not a good day at Menards. Shop there alot but today seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing.I needed 20 patio stones I asked the gentleman out in the patio can I take one up and pay for 20 get a slip drive to the back and have them loaded said no problem. Go to the frond cashier says go back get the other 19 we don't do this. so left the sand snd mulch there paid for the rest. Ask for a manager and felt like I was bothering her said oh must be miscommunication. So offers no solution. So I was angry , asked the guy standing there what has happened to customer service? He wouldn't not look me in the face and I said look at me when I talk to you . So he walks away saying what has happened to customer appreciation? I would of never talked that way to a guest. I worked retail for many years I am 75 my husband 78 we could of used some help. So we went to Lowes same thing loaded the stones ourselves. So tonight its one o'clock husband took two of his pills and his Afib acting up . Thank you Menards won't be back.

We go to this store often. Aside from the price tags not matching alot of items, we like this store. We went in yesterday for an item and the one we needed was up on top of the shelves, so we asked a young man for help and he went out of his way to help us. His name is Monka? (Not sure of spelling) But he was wonderful. We wanted to make sure he got a kudos! Thank you!

Menards is the best place to shop for home improvement items, cleaning supplies, lighting, etc. The employees are helpful and courteous. No hassles with returns, quick refunds. I won't go anywhere else!

We're trying to get away from Menards especially after the mask mandate that violated our rights and Harassing customers. The data and science has shown how ineffective masks are and how media and Fauci greatly exaggerated mask and vaccines.People are free to wear a mask if they choose but you have no right to force me to wear a mask. The mask is for your own protection so why do I have to wear a mask for you.Why do you think people died after taking the vaccine? Read the real science not Fauci the cruel leprechaun.
