Ordered 6 items from this store: a purple mattress, an adjustable base, 2 purple pillows, 1 harmony pillow, and a mattress protector. All 1 order, but 4 separate shipments. We had issues with over half of the items in the order:
The 2 purple pillows were shipped to the wrong address, so had to sort that out with the store and then wait an extra week for a second shipment to be shipped to the correct address.
The mattress protector that we picked out in-store somehow ended up on the order as a sheet set, and arrived as such. After sorting that out with the store, I’m still waiting for the mattress protector to arrive.
We weren’t originally going to get an adjustable base but ended up liking the zero-gravity feature of the one we tried in-store, and agreed to purchase it; however, the base we received wasn’t the one we agreed to purchase in-store and doesn’t even have the zero-gravity feature. That was our main selling point on the base! Attempted to sort that out with the store and was told they would be contacting us back but haven’t yet after 2 weeks.
The harmony pillow and purple mattress were the only things that arrived without issue. The associates were helpful when sorting out (most of) the issues, but there never should’ve been so many issues in the first place.
