LPA Retail takes very good care of our IT issues. You are always able to talk to a real person and they take the time to make sure everything is running smoothly. Noute is our main contact and he is fabulous to work with. He understands your questions and is able to explain issue to non-IT people.I would highly recommend LPA to any business.

LPA Retail has been my go-to for the last 10 years for my retail operation. I have 6 women's apparel stores in Illinois & Iowa and LPA retail has helped me with software, programming and hardware. They are always helpful, easy to work with and are experts in the field of Retail POS/Technology. I would highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of LPA's for 20 years and their team of IT professionals have kept me going. I just had a problem last week and Dave once again saved the day. My equipment is old and I am a very small business so my expenditures with LPA are not much, but never the less, they respond quickly and professionally every time. With all the worries a small business owner faces daily it is reassuring to know help is a phone call or email away. A big thank you to the whole LPA team.

Not customer friendly.. Continually are told to leave a message for their tech support. Running a retail system, someone should be on call and able to answer right away during business hours. They refused all calls during a staff meetings. Continued practice
