He jumped through hoops with Customer Service after I had to overcome some technical issues with the activation of service. He made several long duration calls to resolve the conflict and was cool and collected the whole time. Most Reps would have probably been ready to hand the situation off, but He held on until everything was completed. The purchase was successful after all his assistance, and I was able to leave satisfied with Service. Shane went above and beyond! Alex was extremely helpful! He spent a lot of time helping me and making sure I understood the upgrade, the cost, the features, and what features I would need. He didn’t try to sell me things I did not need. He is an excellent employee!!”
