Just go. I've never had a bad experience with the staff or products. Staff have always been eager to help and answer questions. Absolutely the best staff that are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Great customer service, never feel like I’m trying to be upsold but more so informed of new products. Great pricing and the rewards system comes in clutch to keep prices low. I always feel like I’m being taken care of. For those reasons that’s why I continue returning to this location whenever I need anything.

Love the staff here! And they remember our names. Always feel good walking in and saying hi to everyone. Also carry more product than other vape shops, so I know I can get everything I need here. Only place that carries my coils.

Love the staff here! They’re all spectacular, wonderful people. We live about 30 minutes away from this location now but we still drive here every week because we just love chatting and laughing with the sweethearts that work there. Seriously, hands down, whatever system the owner uses to hire people, they should teach to other companies. Every employee there is so fun and kind and you just can feel their steez walking into the store in the best of ways.

I can hands down say this is the best vape store I have visited while travelling in the USA!!! Not only do they have a great selection of juice but the customer service was phenomenal.I had the pleasure of being served by GINO on store and by far the best customer service I have received in any store across the 16 countries I have travelled through!!Gino is the steeple of what customer service should be. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and just absolutely amazing to deal with. He is worth more then his weight in gold and definitely should be looked after as an employee as he is irreplaceable.If Gino lived in Australia I would not hesitate to hire Gino and manage my business as I wish there were more people with his work ethic in this world!!!Thank you for the absolute amazing experience and hope to shop where every time I come to MN to visit and hopefully build a standing relationship with the store and have juice sent internationally to me..
