Waited for twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment to be told it would be another half hour before we would get in. Left without being seen. Very disappointing.

I talked with an older lady today I hung up on her cause she came to the point she was screaming at me. She was to aggressive. Yelling didn't seem like she had time. I said I'd call back and she said DO NOT CALL BACK. She's not very understanding or professional she was very pushy and seemed to swindle a bit. Will take my business else where! Nothings that important to the point of being rushy and pushy where i can't understand someone. And they won't understand me. Sounded like I was being swindled!

If your looking to get your taxes done right the very first time and without mistake set a appointment with Troy! He knows his taxes and laws that follow along with everything. The previous tax person I had made a very big mistake and Troy found it and fixed it for me. Troy has 30 years of experience doing taxes! He really is a tax pro! He should be paid at the very top scale for H & R Block.I wish I could give him 10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you Troy!!

Everything was good except for one thing that troubles me GREATLY! We have had H&R Block do our taxes for the last 8 years. Part of your service is to be able to see the taxes we paid this year vs. previous years to be able to compare each line item to previous years. However, this feature was not available to us this year, despite the fact that we have been going to the same branch location each year 13937 Aldrich Ave S, Bsville, MN 55337. I find it hard to believe the information from previous years isn't available to the tax preparer since they are using H&R Block software, since that is a feature we look forward to each year. The 1st tax preparer for this year for us was Agnes Turnmire who apparently quit on Friday April 15. When we went there yesterday to see what was going on, LAUREN EDDINGER DANNER was able to finish our taxes to get them in on time. Lauren was fabulous, however, I am still concerned that our records from previous years were not available to us.
