The shop was clean and service was fast , professional and efficient . They have a really impressive diagnostic system that sends you images and photos along with a detailed description and list of recommended repairs. They break down all the cost. They also provide a ride home . Because of the details they gave me I felt confident the issue they discovered in my front wheels was accurate. However they failed to determine why my engine light came on which was the reason i came in . That left me feeling uneasy. I was not comfortable with the answer that there seems to be no issues. The quote for the recommended repairs was also high . I sent the $199 diagnostic results to another highly recommended mechanic and was quoted a price $400 less..
I feel they lived up to their name They are an honest shop just an expensive honest shop. They do provide great customer service which certainly has its value these days and my gut feeling is they wound stand by their work.

I don't live that far away but they offered to give me a ride and I was very appreciative they also offered to pick me up which was very cordial and appreciative although I did not need both ways it was good to know it was an option. The auto work was reviewed and told me that exactly what was happening showed me with pictures I was so appreciative it's almost like virtual service. The personal touch was amazing

I called at 430 on Thursday, stalled at a gas station. Joe said bring it over and we will work it in. With the help of kind people at the gas station I was on my way.
330 Friday Scott called and said the battery definitely needed to be replaced. By 500 I had my car back and was good to go!! I called 2 other garages and no one said bring it over and we will work it in. I am a loyal customer for as long as I live here!! You are the bench mark of perfection for all the rest!! Many thanks. I've been going to H1 Burnsville for a while now. Service is really fast. They were able to order parts I needed and fixed my car up in a few hours. I like the vehicle inspection they do. They have excellent communication as well. Scott helped me out with explaining what I needed and Thomas the tech did a great job!

Quick, friendly service. Cheaper than the dealership was going to charge to replace the front brakes. Joe was great. Would go again.
