Believing that this place shouldn't be burned to the ground is one thing but if you really are giving this place a good review something ain't right. The managers that are always out of sight are supposedly not available and doing inventory 100 % of the time and cannot be bothered and even if they could, believing that your comment or concern will make a difference is like believing the police really have integrity and respect like it says on their vehicles. If you go there, expect North Minneapolis like service. I am even surprised Corporate knowing and willingly hired this new one, incredibly lowering my expectations further. Do not go there at night unless you sell drugs or need to put gas in your stolen car.

The cashier was very disrespectful on 11/5/2023 around 1:30PM. We drove up to a gas pump and we put our card in and after that, we noticed there was no hose or nozzle connected, and there was no option to cancel it. My husband went inside to ask politely if they could cancel our transaction. The cashier said there was nothing she could do in a disrespectful tone. He came out to let me know what they said. I took pictures and showed the cashier and she let us know in a dismissive and condescending way that no one will be able to charge it or pump anyways because there is no hose/nozzle. We did not want to leave the transaction open because we are from another state. Finally, another cashier said she took care of it. I am guessing it timed out. We were relieved.My husband left to move to another pump. I stayed to look for a drink and a snack and my kids were in the bathroom. The cashier proceeded to ask why customers kept trying to use that pump and that they should clearly see that there is no pump and yet they drive. I don't know if she was implying that customers are too ignorant to be able to drive if they can't see that there is no pump.I went up to her and told her to put up a sign. I mean if multiple people are doing it, that should tell you something.(1) They didn't have a marker to show the pump was out of order. (2) The customer service was awful and (3) the cashier was very unprofessional.If she would've explained politely that the system does not allow her the ability to cancel the transaction but it would eventually time out...we would've been more understanding. She just wanted to get rid of us and not ease our minds. On top of that, the snide comments in front of my face.We ended up leaving to go to a BP down the street. When we left, we noticed the hose was coiled up in a pile just laying in front of the building.

I've been going to this Holiday for the better part of 14 years. It's had its ups and downs for sure. Mostly downs in the recent past. The current manager has cleaned house, and made superb changes! The store is stocked, and clean. The staff is EXCELLENT!! Always welcoming and friendly? I realize that this kind of work is not only difficult, and people tend to leave.. but I sure hope all of the staff sticks around for a long while!! Keep up the good work!! If your local, and gave up on this store because of past experiences... give it another try, you'll be pleasant surprised?

All the ladies at store 410 are amazing especially Bri ,Tyaja, Mya. They are always courteous and helpful. I've never had to complain about their customer service. Personally I think they should have raises. If I had my own Holiday franchise, I'd hire them right away. They are why I keep coming back

This store has vastly improved in the last couple months. I've noticed many changes (for the better) among the staff. I don't know if they cleaned house or hired new management but whatever they are doing, keep it up. The staff has been friendly and very helpful whenever I have stopped in.

New management team has done a tremendous job with changing the culture of the store. Very clean, well stocked, staff is friendly and welcoming. Get yourself a Sip and Save membership while your there.

Not exactly 24 hours, more like, when it's convenient for them. I don't blame the staff entirely, because when they only staff the store with one person and expect them to do tasks that take them away from the front of the store, they kind of have to lock the door.But, tonight I walked here hoping to find a badly needed hygiene item. The door was locked. Since I don't drive and the store is supposed to be 24 hours, I decided to wait. All the inside and outside lights were on, and the music was playing at the pumps. And it's 15⁰ outside, so cold, but not too bad.After maybe 10 minutes, an employee came to the counter. He saw me, but ignored me. Eventually another person walked up and waited with me. When the employee saw that there were now two people he finally made eye contact and shook his head no.So even though I don't blame the employee for the lack of staffing (or change of hours, I don't know) that put him in the position of having to lock the door, it would have been nice if he had indicated to me much sooner that he wasn't going to unlock it again.And the owners should have some way for the employees to put a sign on the door or turn off the lights, or something, so people don't waste their time waiting for a store that isn't going to open.
