My wife went to get an oil change on her Outback today. When they finished and sent her on her way, her low oil light came on just a few miles from their shop. When I checked the level, it did not register on the dipstick. They put in 5 quarts of oil on a 7 quart system. Extremely poor service from this location.

Ramsey location “got rid of” the winter tires they were storing for my car- which I bought there. Was told - because I did not use them in 2020, they would have tried to contact me, and got rid of tires after a month or so of not hearing back. They had no info on when or how they tried to contact me (no change in contact info) or when they got rid of tires. I was never told there would be any kind of time limit on storing them. The only thing the papers from them say is - store winter tires here. Based on the odometer readings on the receipts the tires had 6000 miles on them. Now they want to “work with me on a price for new tires” So unprofessional- can’t be trusted.

I had an emergency after one of my tires was damaged. Even during this time where every shop is extremely busy, they were willing to let me come right away and put on a new tire for me. The lady, who I believe was the shop manager, got as much info from me over the phone regarding my issue to assure they could help. I was in and out quickly, and so appreciate they assisted me in my emergency. Thank you so much, Heartland Tire!

The worst experience ever. Truckers should stay away from this old dude called Bill Jordan. I called in and we had an appointment to get Eight 8 new tires for my tractor. As we’re discussing the price, he told me to move out my tractor from the bays/service lines. He’s unprofessional, very disrespectful, overpriced and very rude. When I discussed my friends from that experience, everyone stated to stay away from the monster. Again poor alignment, I just watched how they were doing their alignment. It’s not safe to trust their alignment. Several people ahead of me complained about the prices and quality. I just feel bad for the other drivers dealing him all the time. Stay away the temper old dude. There’s plenty of repair shops nearby. If you need very professional dude and honest business man.. Call Carlos, the Mexican dude. Please do your homework and try looking elsewhere…
