“I went to the store with a trailer problem. They told me to bring in the wheel, it took some effort but I got the old one off and brought it in. Two male employees helped me. I appreciated it because I took them away from their stocking. One showed me a new wheel for $30 & the other showed awe a whole new assembly for $30. I bought the new assembly. While installing it I realized that 15 years ago, I assembled the old one wrong, the new one fits the hitch beautifully. Later I came back to the store and yet another employee help-ed me, some rewired the trailer, it worked on their vehicle, but was too short for mine. Another solution. Nancy rang me up again and was pleasant. She made sure I got a military discount and asked for my email & gave me even more off the price. Good day at Northern. Sadly her QR code didn't work, hence the online compliment.”

“The store was well organized and clean. The staff was easy to find and helpful. The check out lanes were short, and the cashier was proficient. As I was leaving the store having already paid for my items,one of the staff made a final attempt to sell me a membership a bit to aggressively, after politely refusing and on his 4th attempt to sell me I became a little annoyed and because of that being the final memory of that store I don't know if I will return there vs a different harbor frieght store. I didn't purchase the membership either.”
