The staff at Aurora Village Center- Great Clips are always nice, helpful and amazing. It’s in a convenient location, and I love the vibe in there. (¡GREAT MUSIC!) Now about the only thing that matters..the haircut. I’ve gone to Whitney and Gabby for over a year now and I consistently get haircuts that I receive compliments on. Both are very talented and always asks questions to make sure that I am getting exactly what I like/want.

Went to the salon on Saturday July 13th girl with tattoos all over her arms was very rude when I told her I wanted a dry cut she said she couldn’t promise a good cut That’s nonsense I go to Great clips all the time and get a good cut . Went on the wrong day wanted Edward he’s the best . Last time I come when Edward isn’t their . She also told me I had very thick hair and I don’t , she said very nasty that she wasn’t going to argue with me , I wasn’t arguing with her I was staring a fact ! My hair looks horrible and I’m sure it was done on purpose . I wonder how many people she has talk to in the manner .Cut

My hair stylist Whitney is the bomb - she’s a doll and knows how to cut hair but you’re online check-in system needs to go !!!! Burn it down….It’s absolutely garbage and ineffective. It should be first come first serve basis . I show up with 28 minutes on the waiting list and sat for 50 minutes waiting for people who are not there - garbage !!! ?️ .

Wait changed to over an 90 minutes after to have the hair cut. The staff still took walk ins and made no care for there waiting clients. Poor attitude and lack of urgency for the clients waiting. I need a haircut for military activities the next day otherwise I would have help long befor

Huge shout out to Mayra !She did a fantastic job getting my bob cut looking fantastic. I asked for a sharp edge and oh did she deliver! She also recommended a great texture spray which makes styling so much easier now . Huge thank you! Will definitely come back !
