When we got to Jensens they did not have our reservation since we were at the restaurant NOT the cafe which is farther away. Apparently there are two places and my reservations were at the Cafe since the restaurant is NOT on Open Table. Needless to say we were in a difficult spot as we were going to a concert at the Ames Center nearby. They found a table and we have our dinner.

Jensen's always is a great place for Breakfast, Lunch and now Dinner. And we will keep coming back. But, this time we had to put up with a loud, rude, swearing guest. Mostly on his phone, which he felt the need to have the speaker. We really should have moved to a different table or left instead of staying. We felt bad for the staff, but I also felt bad for my Daughter and I as we were trying to enjoy our limited time together. For sure I will be back, but hope nobody else has to listen to this or other selfish persons.

Nice variety of food choices, all very well prepared. Cost is moderate, but amount and quality of food received is worth it. Comfortable noise levels, and casual, family friendly environment. Recent addition is the ability to serve beer, wine and a selection of mixed drinks. I'm told the Bloody Mary is superb.

Although we made a reservation, we were told that we were "lucky" to get a seat. We avoided this restaurant for two years because they never seemed very hospitable, even after we would wait a very long time for a seat. They have good food, but they should treat their customers with a grateful attitude.

My dinner came out cold. It was sent back and seemed to have been microwaved to warm back up. My fork marks were still in the food. We ordered coffee at the end of our meal and it was very old tasting. This was very disappointing as we always have a great breakfast experience. We thought the evening meal would be just as good but we were wrong.

I have gone to Jensen's multiple times, and I really enjoy going there. As a heads up, I would recommend going there earlier in the morning. The place does get busy after 9am, though that is expected of any breakfast location. Especially since Jensen's is a Hot Spot for breakfast in the area. Anyways, when I have gone, the servers were always kind, attentive and on top of things. Never had a bad waitress or a bad meal there. The price of everything is also pretty good. I have never tried their dinner, but breakfast and lunch is delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good breakfast.

My daughter and I enjoyed supper at this restaurant. The service was great and the food delicious. She had Parmesan Fish and I asked what they were known for and was told breakfast so I had wonderful French toast, cheesy hash browns, bacon and eggs. The place wasn't anything fancy but Great value! Wonderful server.

Waitress was slow and inattentive despite it being a slow night. She wasn't friendly at all. The coffee tasted like dirty dishwater. The pancakes were great as usual but I was disappointed in the overall experience.

We ate there on Saturday 1/20/18 because it was close to Ames Center. I really enjoyed the restautant and its atmosphere overall. I had the "Kitchen Sink Omelette" and it was good.

First time here. We were looking for something close to Ames Center and reviews looked good. I had the prime rib special and it was delicious. They had a good variety to choose from as well as breakfast all day long. Parking was a little tough but would not keep me from going again. Also cute little store called Ficus and Fig in the same building.

Three strikes, I'm out. Not going back. I made a reservation about a month in advance for my husband, mother and I, pre-show. We were sat in the middle of a service hallway between the cafe and empty bar. It was right under a speaker, playing terrible music...bad 90s and "today's hits". Know your customers! My husband, at 32, was the youngest, besides a handful of teenagers with their families, by 20 years easily. Service was adequate, food was okay. The table was very disappointing.

Classic Supper Club menu and ambiance. Food and service were excellent. Our family occasions had been celebrated at a better known restaurant for several years, but the service and experience seemed to be on a long decline. Jensen's will be our new choice for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

This is a great "go-to" spot. Always guaranteed a great meal with great service. I love their breakfast no matter the time of day, and the syrup is the best! Love this place!

Our server was not attentive. Food was mediocre. We had to ask for hot water for our tea, received the wrong sandwich. Not even close to what was ordered. Salads had the wrong dressing. Never going back.

Had a nice dinner before a show at the nearby Ames Center. Having a reservation was fortunate--there was a 30 minute wait for a table otherwise. Great food and service. We will be back!
