“I am very impressed with Customer Support employee Sherry. She facilitated my request for a replacement cushion for our sectional. When the cushion arrived, she offered that the cushion could be delivered to my daughter in Edina instead of having my daughter pick it up for me, as we live outside the delivery area. “Went in hoping they would have what I was looking for: diet squirt, Clorox wipes and dusting air for computer keyboard. The first two items were a no-go, which I expected, there out everywhere. There were a couple employees in the section that were just standing there-I figured I looked well enough and continued on. Once in the dairy section an employee (Kenny) asked how we were and if we were finding everything we were looking for. He got on his walkie talkie and asked electronics and they did have some he asked that employee to point us in the right direction once we walked back over there. Most employees ask if they can help but you know they are asking because they have to but Kenny genuinely cared and helped...oh and I was impressed because he was putting a load of milk and things in the coolers, so he stopped what he was doing to ask us for help when the electronic employees weren't "working" and didn't ask anything. Kenny needs a raise and promotion!!”
“There was lots of grocery items that were out of stock, kinda surprised with it being a full service Target. Produce seemed well stock but didn't need any. Staff seemed be stocking what stock they had. Young man at self checkout was very nice. Womens clothing area was a bit confusing, but still had jean shorts....yeah! Brought a 3 star to a 4 star.”
“About as big as a Walmart. I set the bar a little too high for what I was expecting to walk into, but thats more on me. The store is nice, but cluttered and lots of stuff not in the right places due to their customers not putting things back where they belong. A plus is its not crowded with people. Other thing is the prices are high, but that's everywhere these days. Can't say much about anything else, as this is my first time here. I'd take a look at it, seeing as it has a large variety.”
“Found everything I needed in one store. It is slightly more expensive. But you save on gas shopping in one store.They also have human cashiers on duty. With vision difficulties it makes self check out harder.”
