Who is Frontier?
Fiber was just “installed” in our neighborhood and we were left with torn up lawns, damaged asphalt driveways, and massive oil slicks in the streets, sidewalks, and driveways. One part of the neighborhood even had a gas line hit. I cannot even imagine how many of us will have to file and fight for damage claims after all this.
If this is how a company introduces themselves to you, do not do business with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very overpriced and very slow internet for what you pay for. Their customer service just bounces you back and forth with no solution. They also don’t like to tell you that they charge extra junk fees when you want to end service.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. There are other internet providers that will give you a better experience
Call T-Mobil or Verizon for great deals.

Would rate lower if i could. Not even sure if the internet service works. Unfortunately, it is the only provider in our area. We have been working for a year and a half to get cable set down, constant delays, missed orders, the whole gambit. Finally get the cable pulled and now we cant get a technician out to activate.
The WORST customer service line I have ever delt with. Takes forever to get past the robot, once you are in they will pass you around constantly im assuming in hopes you give up. No one seems to have enough power to make any sort of decision.
If you can, use anyone else.

Their customer service is terrible! Calling to set up service is a pain stacking experience, I realize we have many new people to this country, but some English should be a minimum requirement when calling a service center.

It’s 2024 and I’m still using the same internet provider… Frontier. I pay $80 a month for a measly 12 mb download speed. Meanwhile people with fiber pay way less. I’ve been with Frontier for at least 6 years, and that loyalty means nothing to them. They continue to rip me off.

Deserves nothing but negative. Stayed on the phone for hours just for them to not cancel my subscription over a PIN code. Wouldn’t let me try and cancel and other way. Never was provided a pin. Isn’t on my statement. I’m still being billed and paying for a subscription I have tried to cancel. Worst customer service over the phone. Very rude horrible attitudes online. Not transferring me

Terrible customer service. The billing representatives appear defensive before you get your questions out. Request a supervisor, they kept me on hold, then reconnected telling me a Supervisor is NOT available. Because I don't need them impacted my credit score, I will pay their added fees, even though I never received a '$ paper bill' that they had never failed to send previously. Strange, when I cancelled I couldn't get a stmt.

Terrible customer service terrible service… Didn’t have the Internet for three months but still charged us even though their service had a broken wire in the line. Our service was fine but yet tried to blame it on us will be canceling very soon. Terrible. Terrible customer service terrible terrible service never works.
