Not happy at all. Hours are advertised open until 7. I drove over an hour to get to this location for a specific shoe. I arrive at 6:30, more than enough time and they’re closed with no notice or sign at all. Now I am driving back home over an hour for nothing. Thank you for wasting my time and gas money. Very dissatisfied

Terrible and extremely unprofessional store manager. She is rude, aggressive and has no idea what customer service should be. This store should be shut down if this is they way customers are treated.

My son and I went to the Burnsville Mall to buy some shoes for him. The employees never asked if we need help. We had to bring the shoes to the counter to get any service at all. Every shoe request was met with we don't have that size and an eye roll. This store is pathetic and the employees are not there to help or sell shoes. If you can get them to put down their phone and address you your very lucky.

This store has a number of rude employees! That treats other employees like trash!!! I believe the managers name is Camyja Byrd(something like that) she is really rude to customers(she didn’t greet me!) also, I seen her telling an employee to go and get her a pregnancy test for her while he was on the clock! I wouldn’t be surprised if this store is reported to the EEOC or end up on the news for fraud or discrimination. This made me buy nothing. I am going to take my money elsewhere too much of bad energy here!!! BAD BUSINESS!!

I’ve been here a few times before and it’s frankly underwhelming. Not much selection and the store is tiny. Mall of America or the Nike Outlet has a lot more selection. Don’t waste your time here. Manager is also pretty rude.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I’m sick of the discrimination against Muslim Somalis. They see you and automatically think you’re incompetent. My sisters and I went to finish line for some socks and my 16 year old sister didn’t get her change back when she asked for it she asked the other employee to open the register to give her her change. He counted the money real slow like she was confuse ding and said “here’s your 8 bucks” when my and my older sister went to correct them they escorted us out of the store. Never would recommend.
