I tried to print from my USB drive which I have done many times before. After entering all of the choices, the printer showed an error message and said ask for assistance. I would have preferred that Mark H. would have fixed the printer but instead he took over to print from my USB drive himself on a printer behind the counter. Maybe he knew that the first printer wasn't working, in which case there should have been a sign on the machine to not use it. He was very combative and rude but he eventually printed the files and pages that I wanted. I thanked him at the end and he did not thank me back. If I see him working again, I will avoid his "service".

Jesse at this location helped me with programs for my parents funeral. Jesse was patient and caring during my situation and would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Jesse. The programs were beautiful and you worked so hard to ensure they were created with professionalism and sophistication.

May 4th mailed a package, next day my bank shows 2 charges, same amount twice. Went back to person who rang me up. Could not help me, been speaking with manager who can not help me, have to go thru FedEx automated system, it is now 2 weeks later and No One can help!!!! I have the feeling that if they bill everyone twice and it is a small amount $20.04, hoping we will just walk away they have doubled there bottom line by quite a bit. Our business will NOT be using them ever again.

Bad energy when you walk through the door they will sit there and watch you struggle using printers etc and won’t offer to help unless you ask and even when you ask their energy is always off not trying to make it a race thing but I definitely get those vibes too third times a charm I won’t be back here don’t recommend to anyone coming here unless customer service isn’t a top priority for you

I stopped by to laminate and after making the line, the clerk informed me he was too busy to do it. There isn't good customer service anymore ?

You should read up on what can and cannot be shipped and insured via FedEx. Dave was extremely rude, condescending and incorrect. Shipping sports collectibles is impossible according to him. And if you need to consult your reference book for every criteria, you might need to go back to FedEx school.

Saw some older, negative reviews so I thought I'd leave my own review from today. Arrived to a few customers being helped and it was only 5 minutes to get help. Both attendants were very helpful and ensured my special deliveries were handled correctly. I'm glad this location is so close and easy to use!

I like fedex but I would appreciate it if the employees knew about your services you guys offer to customers like the smart label shipping I was told to go try dropping it off at USPS when it's a smart label for FedEx I ship out alot of packages and wouldn't like to have to explain it Everytime especially when there's 3 employees standing around and I'm the only one in there sorry for bothering u guy lol crazy

My dad died unexpectedly from Covid-19 on 12/30/21. I had to plan a funeral in one week and I went to the Fedex in Burnsville multiple times to fax letters to work, to get pictures of my late father scanned, and to get poster boards for the funeral. Sara, Kelsey, and Dan were so helpful and sympathetic. They helped us out a lot in our time of need and they worked in a very timely manner. I am so grateful for the people at Fedex in Burnsville. Sara helped us find a great deal on everything we needed, and the customer service was incredible. I felt like the workers really listened to my needs and were very sweet. Thank you so much Sara, Kelsey, and Dan!!!!
