The place is small but the layout of the store makes sense. Their is one employee that went out of her way and made me feel comfortable in the store. She was knowledgeable about the products. I would go back because of her. I believe her name is Dawn.

This store is a very nice boutique style store with friendly employees. There are a variety of adult toys and novelties, lingerie for women and a small men's section. Movies, adult games, greeting cards, as well as THC products. I recommend this place to anyone over 18! Also be ready as they Will ask to see your ID as you enter!!

Extremely unwelcoming. I walk in the door and the demand to see my ID since they sell THC products. Ummm how many places have I been that sell THC products and I am not carded immediately when I walk in the door? Lets see tobacco shops, liquor stores, Brew Halls.... yeah. Now if you were to say since we are an Adult store I would have still not got it based on my age. This place lacks common sense.Edit: I got the response I expected from the owner. A quick search on the internet confirms ID checks are not required for entering the premesises just the point of sale. Unwelcoming indeed.

I go to every adult store when I travel. I'm in the business, and I love seeing what's great and what's not. This store is a really cute boutique. The displays are creative and well done, I was really impressed. Unfortunately, that's where the good part stops. Customer service was awful. We were a group of 3 none of us were greeted, no real help given, the only question was did we work at a near by adult store. I guesss because we're in the business what we were saying to each other lead them to believe that. They also indicated their competition has higher prices, but we had just shopped them and that was untrue. They were the same or lower. The competition store actually recommend fantasy gifts for an item they didn't have in stock, so it seemed weird they would speak negatively after the other spoke positively. The store didn't have much inventory, just alot of the same products were spread out to try and make it appear fuller. Over all the selection and service NOT GREAT, the look, displays and vibe EXCELLENT.

They will tell you can return item if they are not open, it’s a lie! Stay away from this scam of a place!And then when you try and return you unopened items they tell you to call corporate, you call and nobody calls you back. I’ve contacted BBB, it’s unethical how they run their business.Shop Enchantasy right down the road, way better customer service, selection and return policy.** I understand not returning things that have been opened, these things weren’t even touched. Another reason Enchantasy is better, they will return if unopened!Stay away from this place!!!!!Nice response, but you can’t call me back.!!!! Stay away from this company!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Bought a toy there today. As soon as I got home 15 min later I opened it and put batteries to try it and get it ready for tonight, but to my surprise the device did not work. It would just click like trying to work but it would not fully turn on. I called back and told the lady what had happened but they said all sales are final, even though I had just walked out of the store 15-20 min earlier. I asked to talk to a manager, and she said she was the manager and there is nothing that could be done. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their products and customer service.

Be wary, all sales are final. Five minutes after leaving the store we came back to exchange a sealed bottle of lube because I realized it had chemicals in the ingredients that I wasn't comfortable with. Even though no one warned me sales are final I was told "due to the nature of the store we cannot exchange or return anything" So now I am stuck with a $50 dollar bottle of lube that I don't want. I do my best to support local business over online stores, but needless to say I will not be coming back here again. Edit: Enchantasys down the street is a great alternative if you prefer buying from a business owner who cares about their customersI must add the ladies at the store were very friendly and knowledgeable, but the man who I spoke with regarding the exchange was not. Originally when I called the store asking for a particular brand of lube, he wasn't even aware that they had it in stock. And when I explained the product I purchased wasn't what I was looking for, he advised multiple times to simply "water it down".

Incredibly disappointed in the products, return policy, and customer serviceMy husband and me bought a toy for the bedroom. 20 minutes after we bought it, we realized that it wasn't the correct one we were looking for. The package was in an unopened box, haven't seen it out of the box even.They said they wouldnt accept any returns even though we got it literally less than 20 minutes ago and the box was still unopened. On one hand, I understand the need to not accept items back, but this was bought 20 minutes ago, with the receipt, and the box wasn't touched!We got home and tried out another item we got, and it didn't even work! We spent $120 on 3 items, and never have been so disappointed in service. One didn't work at all, one wasn't what I was looking for and never shown it prior to purchase, and finally one that was honestly okay at best.The item that didn't work, they said we have to come back in for a manufacturer return. So placing the work on us for selling us a product that they didn't even test.Just down the road there is a place called lingerie and more. They allow you to see the product out of the box, MAKES SURE IT WORKS, more helpful with questions, and never have had such an aweful experience with them.
