I called to enquire about stock for a Ventatrex shirt. The person on the phone told me they had tons of stock. I took a 20$ Uber based on that information, and ended up in the store without any stock at all.I love Eddie Bauer products, but i hate being ripped off. I will make sure to call the head office.

I have been a fan of Eddie Bauer for decades. I even worked at the Southdale store while in college, ages ago. I was so impressed by the Burnsville store, and Vinnie, the clerk with outstanding customer service who helped me today! He was the only one working. I had placed an order online, but the sizes I ordered didn’t work, and I needed to make some exchanges. Without even asking, Vinnie immediately helped me find the same items in the store, assisted with my returns, exchanges, and an online order - 3 separate transactions, all while answering the phone, making exchanges and sales with other customers. He was calm, kind, and patient with everyone. I wish all store clerks were like him!

The clothing options are consistentlu fantastic. Regular sales are common as well. Highly suggested for clothing used for an active existence. Also the sales people are tremendously helpful. I purchased a pair of "Ultimate Adventure Flex Pull-On Pants" for 50% off. I anticipate wearing this item many times.
