Pam in the pharmacy is fantastic! That needs to be said first and loud! I waited in line today with many others for at least 20 minutes. It is clear that they are short staffed. There's no excuse for having to wait that long. Find someone from another store? Get someone to assist answering phones? But Pam not only kept her cool, but stayed friendly, even when most people were annoyed. She even stayed professional when someone was clearly yelling at her over the phone. That could have changed her demeanor but she stayed just as friendly and continued to hustle!

These guys are the best! They took extra time to help me figure out why my prescription was not covered by insurance, when it had been in the past! They were able to get it figured out and I walked out paying $0 instead of $265!

The pharmacy did not fill my prescription for 2 weeks, even though they had the medication. They assumed my insurance would only cover a generic. When I called and aske if it was filled, they only said that they did not have the medication and were waiting for the next shipment. What they failed to tell me is that they did not have the generic formulation. They had the original formulation all along. When I finally figured this out - 2 weeks later - they blamed me for not telling them that the insurance covered the original. I was told misleading info (that they were only talking about the generic) without them disclosing what they were assuming. And for this, it was my fault. This was my first prescription they were filling for me. I had no idea that they were not telling me the truth about the prescription as it was written. I'm furious!

The pharmacy staff at this pharmacy are amazing! They are always so busy but so efficient and always treat you kindly and with respect. I recommend this pharmacy to all friends and family who struggle with their own and they are all very happy they switched! The pharmacy staff here deserves a huge pat on the back because their job is not easy but they come and do their very best every day. Thank you pharmacy team!!

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible! If you want your prescription, plan 45 minutes to an hour; even if it’s been filled for days. And if for goodness sake they’ve requested updated insurance, they’ll ask you to come back the following day or get out of line until they can get to it. Worst experience just trying to get a simple prescription. Not to mention you can’t request a transfer of your own prescription to an outside pharmacy if they aren’t open. Nope, you have to call back and wait on hold for another 20-30 minutes.

I scheduled a flu shot and new Covid vaccine for today by making an on-line appointment. I provided my insurance information online. When I arrived they said they didn't actually have the new Covid vaccine, so I got neither shot. About an hour later, I got an email from CVS to confirm my vaccines, which I did not get. I had to call to have them reverse the flu shot, otherwise they were going to put the charge through to my insurance. They claimed they didn't charge my insurance for the Covid shot. I'm sticking with Walgreens from now on.

We came to this pharmacy to pick up prescription for our grandmother who has dementia. Our mother broke her arm and it would be convenient to pick up her prescription there because she lives close to this pharmacy. But when we got there, we were told by a pharmacist that we should go pick it up at the Apple Valley clinic because they didn’t want to fill out the prescriptions. The pharmacist was too lazy to do his job and fill out the prescriptions. Doing your job is not an option. We drove from Minneapolis to Burnsville to pick all of this up on our moms behalf because she broke her arm. Stop inconveniencing people.

Who ever worked in The pharmacy department on 07/09/2023 in between the hour of 12:00noon to 1:20 pm is very rude the man in the white coat has a very smart silk mouth that is very uncalled for and the lady in the blue had no since of direction of good customer service. I had just got out the hospital from being there for 3 days and the man in the white coat was so stand off ish and what not trying to listen to the information that I was trying to give them to help there process. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I’m starting to really dislike it.
