Deli manager with this company thinks proper hand washing starts with, "soap first." That's not appropriate, "water first, then soap." Seemed like she ridiculed me to the other workers over it, par for the course. This place is the old tricking the young and infirm into doing the brunt of the work.

very friendly. Not any more. If you take too long in self service checkout an employee appears to look over your shoulder to see what you are doing. Ugh checking coupons?

This cub is wonderful. They always have what I am looking for. It’s clean and stocked well. This cub also has the best doughnuts!!! ? seriously they are so tasty.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of certain staff members/employees at this location, as well as the condition of a food item I purchased, which happened to be 2 & 1/2 months past the best buy date at the time of purchase!! Not only that, the fact that I had to repeatedly call the store, in an attempt to resolve this issue, because mgmt. did not follow-through and do what they told me would happen. This caused me to have to make multiple calls to the store, explain the entire situation multiple times, to multiple different people, wait for them to figure out who I spoke with, who I had given all the purchase information to, as well as all of my information to, while trying to get a resolution and/or the situation rectified, AND I WAS STILL treated rudely by staff/employees, as they basically hung up on me because I didn't just let the issue slide!! Eventually, I did finally receive a replacement item, but nothing for everything I had to deal with AND making sure that they even followed through with finally rectifying the situation. So, it was basically ok for me to waste my time, effort, energy etc., and be forced to spend additional money (when finding out it was not safe to eat the item), because of their mistake, and have to basically babysit the manager and the employees for them to even follow through, so I would receive the proper item I paid my good money for. I wasn't going through this to get anything additional, but it would have been nice if at least something would have been offered for all of my time and multiple inconveniences I dealt with, because of their manager and employees not doing their jobs. I am HUGE on customer service, after working in the customer service industry for years. What happened to customer service skills in this situation, even just to replace the item properly and in a timely manner?!?! Maybe this is why most people buy their groceries at Walmart now, because I know that I will definitely not be shopping at this store again!

Using the self-checkout I've had the same lady stand 10 ft. behind me like I'm some thief. Add the fact that I'm obviously handicapped (TBI with no balance or coordination) and this is the worst customer service ever experienced. The employee's non-compliance with ADA (Amercan with Disability Act) is appalling!

The most depressing and expensive grocery store (All Cub, basically). The “sale” prices are even pathetic. I know groceries and goods have been expensive the last 3 years but Cub Foods has always been high

DO NOT BUY VISA GIFT CARDS HERE!!!! My mom purchased a few visa gift cards at this exact store for Christmas gifts. Each card held $200. All the cards were activated right after Christmas and within 48 hours of activation the cards had a balance of $2 or less. After looking at all the transition history per card on the website provided by the Visa gift cards. We were able to see that every visa gift cards balance was transferred to a PAYPAL account! Someone in this store is taking pictures of all these gift cards and is waiting until you activate the card to take your money!!!

Do not order a cake from here - waste of time! I have called/gone to this location several times over the last few weeks trying to order a simple cake that they were insistent I come in to order. I would show up and the cake decorator was never there (even on days he was scheduled) and he NEEDED to be there to place the order. I called another local Cub and they accommodated my request with no hesitation. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
