She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. While the CCCU Customer service was unable to help, Tanya was able to quickly and effectively assist me.
