CPR always comes through for me. Cracked screen protector replaced and new battery for my Apple SE phone recently.

The first place I took my grandson's Samsung Galaxy A7 to fix the flaky USB-C port told me the problem was a non-replaceable part and they had no way to fix it.
CPR diagnosed the issue in seconds, promptly ordered a part which arrived 3 business days later, and installed that part in 1.5 hours, all at the quoted price. I wouldn't say the price was cheap, but it was significantly less than buying a replacement A7, even a refurbished one, from Amazon.

Quite possibly the best service I have ever encountered at any store I have been to. Kordell and Ian were extremely knowledgeable with their craft and incredibly friendly. Their personalities alone made my visit a 5-star, but their ability to connect with you as a human rather than a customer is what really hit home for me. Plus the service was outstanding, as I was able to be in and out in less than 45 minutes with a battery and screen replacement. Excellent work gentlemen!

Stopped by with a phone I had accidentally submerged in a pool. I had already attempted to dry the phone in silica gel packets and had even taken it apart to dry it as much as possible. But the phone wouldn't start. Took it to CPR in Burnsville and talked with Kordell. He went the extra mile and cleaned the motherboard which had some corrosion and further investigated the damage. He also gave me an honest assessment that it was going to be difficult to fix. Didn't charge me anything for all the work and provided me with suggestions for things I could try. Will definitely return there for any future cell phone repair needs. Thanks!
