Tire warranty here is useless, beware! I purchased a set of Michelin tires that have a 70k mile warranty. Tires wore off way faster than usual, and this was brought up in my inspections during my services. Tires had little life left after 34k miles and I went to Costco to replace them, hoping they would refund for the time left on the warranty. They blamed it on the car, and started making excuses. First, rotations (every 5k miles), then suspension (suspension is perfect), then air pressure (I carefully check air pressure every day, can be seen on the dashboard), then driving style (lol?) and endless excuses. When they ran out then "some mechanical problem in the car must have caused this". What a JOKE! The supervisor there Isaac was absolutely intransigent and when i asked to speak to his manager, said to drop a form in the suggestion box! Can you believe it ? Be careful, you might save a bit but then if your tires have a problem remember that you are on your own! It's a shame, i was a big fan of Costco but not anymore.

What's the point of having everybody set appointments when management can't manage to your own appointment schedule? ... Tires are already paid for and delivered so build some slack into the system if you're continuously running late. This isn't rocket science, it's simple planning and logistics.

I do not recommend taking your cars to this tire center. They will do everything very badly for you ? I will never come here again. I broke 2 bolts on my wheels. and refused to change or return the money.

people don't know how to work with their hands. something that will be broken for you. You will not be repaired or refunded. young inexperienced boys will work there. Be careful, after their work your wheels may fall off.

This couldn't have been easier! I purchased the tires and set up the installation appointment online. Dropped off the car and waited in the snack area. After an hour and a half I called to check if the car was done, and it was so picked it up. I do advise anyone waiting for their car at the store to check periodically. I assumed someone would let me know when it was done and that did not happen even though I told them I would be waiting at the snack bar.

I had a tire blow out on the freeway, hobbled to the air pumps since they usually work at Costco even when freezing. Didn't realize tire was a goner. Tire/service center had just closed and employee Malachi offered to change my tire to the donut in below zero temps after he clocked out. Didn't want any money etc. Thanks!!!

Trash! This place will mess your wheels and tires up. Slow and probably need more training. If they say 15 mins it’s probably going to be another 2 hours.

Continually amazing deals and pricing on bulk items, furniture, tools pet supplies snd home items. Delicious ready prepared meals like Ravioli Lasagna, Taco meal plates, pastry and the best $5 roasted chickens. Let's not forget appliances and electronics. My only gripe is the parking lot which has no row numbers or letters. The lot is like a pie divided into multiple angle slots and easy to lose the car if you don't get your bearings after you park. Please add row ID!

The Gasoline here is not available in most Convenience store locations, it's Top Tier! Why? Licensed Top Tier fuel retailers use a higher level of detergent additives compared to other non Top Tier retailers using only the minimum EPA required detergent additives in order to help prevent the buildup of engine deposits, which may reduce fuel economy and optimal engine performance. This is Important for performance and Cheaper than Kwik Trip or Super America! However you now must be a Member!

Unfortunately "0" stars isn't an option. The tire department is a joke. They refuse to answer the phone so you will need to drive all the way to the store for any type of question. The tire warranty is worthless if you can't get in for several weeks. Do not waste your time or sanity with Costco tires.

Been an costco member for 6 years now big fan of Costco as such.But Costco tire center is the worst when it comes to service. Extremely slow service with no sense of urgency or professionalism , not worth it. Costco tire center is charging 62$ for winter tire exchange. Even with pre booked appointment asking for 1.5 hours and what’s surprising is even after 1.5 hours the car is not ready. This is during non busy hours. On checking at the counter, they say car is almost ready that’s it, took almost 2 hours for tire exchange. If you have plenty of time to waste in hands , and want to save 18$ then it’s fine. But discount tires charges 80$ for the same, and did if within 15 mins in and out off course with a pre booked appointment.Costco good for everything else but I am not doing my winter tire exchanges at costco ever again.

I took my Toyota Sienna van to get the flat tire fixed. Despite not having an appointment, they asked me to wait for approximately 2.5 hours, and I reluctantly agreed since I didn't have any other options at the time. Once they completed the job, I discovered that they had simply left the spare tire inside the car instead of properly securing it back under the vehicle where it belongs. Frustrated, I returned two days later to have them fix their mistake, only to be told to wait for another 2 hours. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left me disappointed with their overall performance.

Well let's just say theyveont have very good people skills. I came in to have a tire mounted and the kid working the register said we don't do that, I told him yes you do because I just had it done here last n8ght. He went back to his manager and came back with an attitude and said we will do it this last time but your going to be the last thing we do. Really and yes I had to wait till 8:30 to get it done. I arrived at 7pm. I spoke to the manager and he said he talked to them and they are working on it right now. I don't understand how it takes an hour to mount and balance a tire. I have called Corp and being friends with their ceo, it will be talked about next time I speak with him.
