“I have been a fan of Eddie Bauer for decades. I even worked at the Southdale store while in college, ages ago. I was so impressed by the Burnsville store, and Vinnie, the clerk with outstanding customer service who helped me today! He was the only one working. I had placed an order online, but the sizes I ordered didn’t work, and I needed to make some exchanges. Without even asking, Vinnie immediately helped me find the same items in the store, assisted with my returns, exchanges, and an online order - 3 separate transactions, all while answering the phone, making exchanges and sales with other customers. He was calm, kind, and patient with everyone. I wish all store clerks were like him!”

“My husband and I found Bollywood Glamour as we needed to find specific outfits for a wedding. I was kind of skeptical when we arrived, as the entrance was very plan. We were pleasantly surprised. The owner helped us with finding the right attire for the wedding we will be attend this April. He helped with finding the right accessories. He gave us some great discounts and kept us in our budget! Found some other items that I plan on going back to get. ❤️”
