I’ve been selling clothes and shopping at Burnsville Clothes Mentor for years. The staff is terrific! They are courteous, fun, and very knowledgeable. I love the ease of selling on the spot. Sales are a terrific way to save even more money, and there is always a huge variety of name brands, new items with tags, clothes, purses, shoes, and accessories. The clothing is great quality and current styles. They have a great selection of Michael Kors and Coach purses and wallets ( and a lot of other name brands)Their buying hours are convenient and the process is easy and efficient. I like that they text you when they are finished sorting your clothes.My sister and I have a lot of fun shopping together at Clothes Mentor. I’ve also seen coupons in the mailers.

If you are looking for a place to get money for the clothes you no longer wear or like, look no further! Clothes Mentor in Burnsville will give you top dollar for your items they purchase. Angie and the rest of the staff is very friendly, there’s no judging and they are always happy to see you! And if you’re not there to sell, they have fabulous items to buy - including designer items!! It’s a win win!!

Clothes Mentor in Burnsville is my favorite place to shop as as it provides a wide range of quality clothing items with new fashions coming in almost daily which are reasonably priced! The store is well-organized and is staffed by friendly people. Many people have complimented me on my clothes and are amazed by my story about getting great deals on stylish outfits from Clothes Mentor in Burnsville!

The ladies that work here have always treated me with kindness. Great way to make a bit on your items you no longer want. You can always choose a different way if you want to make more money (Poshmark, etc) but I love the easiness of this and walking out with cash same day!A great place to find new to you items also!!!

This place is GREAT. I’m always treated with kindness and respect. It’s a great way to make a quick buck - and the rules are always clear when I call to check what they are buying. I recently acquired a new job that requires business casual and professional clothing - and I successfully bought a new wardrobe (including fun shoes!) for my workplace. Great way to save money and the environment by purchasing gently used clothing at a discounted price. Lovely staff as well❤️

My mom had new dresses with tags still on them and they said it was worth about $4 dollars for $100 dress with a tag still on it and there was clothing stains on other items in the store /clearly it was used and they were selling that over new items we wanted to consign ..I would not recommend this place

Clothes Mentor in Burnsville is absolutely the best and the staff is amazing! I brought in a container full of clothing and shoes yesterday they gave me extremely fair pricing for all of my items. Awesome store check it out for shopping and consignment!!

I’m really disappointed in the service and treatment I got here. I brought in a Canada Goose parka coat, in great condition. The coat was about 8 months old. They told me there was a water mark under the sleeve, to clean it and bring it back. I cleaned and brought it back, they then said there was “pilling” on one of the cuffs of the sleeves and they couldn’t take it. I have pictures of the coat so other customers can decide if they think it’s “pilling” or a couple of fuzzies that can be brushed off, but I said I understand and left. I ended up selling that coat elsewhere quickly. A couple weeks later, I come back and see they’re selling a very old version of a Canada Goose coat from 5 years ago where the collar was very old and raggedy for $1000+. I was appalled because they turned me down for a water mark & a couple of “pills.” So clearly, their buying due diligence isn’t fair at all and maybe there are other reasons they don’t treat customers fairly.

I called before I came, made sure I could bring what I was bringing in the quantity I was bringing it. This was not a short drive to make. I arrived at the store and what had been discussed on the phone was not what the people behind the counter were enforcing. It's my second experience with this location that has been extremely disappointing. There's really no excuse for telling someone something is okay over the phone and then changing the story when they arrive at the store. It's not good business and I just won't be back. There are other ways to sell clothing. Skip this location.
