Went in store to look for rain jackets, guy behind counter didn’t even say hello. He was too busy talking to the guy at the counter about video games! The entire time I was in there he didn’t even acknowledge me! That is pretty rude, even if you’re with someone you should at least address the customers in your store. Makes me wonder if it was because I was a woman or because he was too enthralled in games instead of work. This was the first time I have ever been treated so rudely at this store. I have always had great service and friendly staff who were of great assistance. This guy was anything but, and he is supposed to be a manager, how sad!

Want more brands. Prices reasonable and styles are consistent. Worker was a bit casual/indifferent and just folded clothes while we looked around.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the DXL store in Burnsville under somewhat stressful circumstances, as I had left my luggage at home while on a trip. From the moment I walked in, the quality of service provided by the store personnel was nothing short of exemplary.
The staff at DXL was not only friendly but also thoroughly professional. She immediately understood the urgency of my situation and dedicated themselves to assisting me in finding everything I needed. Her patient guidance was invaluable as I had to quickly purchase a week's worth of clothing.
The staff member took the time to help me select items that not only fit my style and size but also suited the requirements of my trip. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and satisfied with my selections, which greatly alleviated the stress of my predicament.
I am extremely grateful for the high level of customer service I received and cannot extol my gratitude enough for the assistance provided by the DXL team member. Her dedication to customer care truly made a significant difference in my week. I would highly recommend the DXL store in Burnsville to anyone looking for quality men's clothing and a truly supportive shopping experience.

My go to place to shop.
Why? The service is excellent. Visited tonight 4/27/2024. The employee was working alone with 3 people in the store. All is were treated like gold and felt special.
Good experiences lead to loyalty. My loyalty has been earned.

I went in with my husband to get a suit for a wedding. Their selection wasn't huge, decent, but not what I was looking for. After leaving and coming back because they had the best selection of men's plus-size suits, we were told by the employee that the store in Minnetonka had a much larger selection of suits. Thank you. Employees actively try to help their customers. They did have a giant poster on their store front and in the store of a man in a sports jacket that is not sold at this location. Curious. Very clean and organized location. Plenty of parking available.

My husband needed a shirt for an interview, we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon about 3:30 pm, the store was closed until 4:15 pm. We had to wait 45 minutes to shop instore, that was an inconvenience. Once in the store there was very little options to choose from as the store has no clearance. We found a shirt, but felt forced to pay more than we wanted to spend.

Most have new hours had a shirt on hold. I rushed as fast as I could to get into the store. I hate being that last person to come into a store it was 6:57pm. No one to pick up the phone as well as the doors were already locked. I guess I can find another place to spend my money.. Change the hours on the door if your workers want to lock the doors early. Disappointing considering how much money I spend there.

Was billed two handling charges. One of them was a extra charge for buying online. That one was on top of the shipping and handling charge. The online charge is not listed on the Invoice, but is in the total bill. I have never heard of a company charging you a extra charge for shopping their online site.

Had a good experience here today. Had to find a suit for my son and Erin was very helpful in guiding our experience. The pants we needed were not in this store and she went above expectations to call around to verify they were indeed at the other stores like the computer said before we drove there. It turns out they were not but Erin worked with national customer service to make sure they shipped in time for an upcoming funeral.
