CarHop from Burnsville is a joke they don't know what's going on with their inventory I got the runaround for 2 weeks for the Black ram it's available it's not available it's available it's not available was halfway down from Duluth and all of a sudden it's not available called on the next day and it's available the team down there needs to get on the same page and figure out what's going on my opinion not very professional

Really great experience here they were very helpful during the whole process I 100 percent recommend them if you have bad credit, a first time buyer, or just looking for easy to afford payments and many different payment options to choose from!

I had a 12:45 appointment which I was on time for. I did my application got approved 3 hours later. By time we found a decent vehicle that would work for me, I finally test drove it at 430 and found out the brakes were bad, there was a rattling noise under the bottom, and the AC wasn't in working order. So i wasted my whole day because after that, they offered me an older model vehicle with more milage than the first. I had an absolutely horrible first experience with car hop and would consider another car lot if possible.

Jen and the financing team was amazing! I needed a car immediately and I was able to get all my financing documents done prior to my appointment. I was able to come in the next day and look at a few cars and find the perfect one for my family and I. Payments are reasonable (single mom) and I have a car to get the kids, their stuff and I places. Highly recommend!

Vendors are garbage, Vendors will have you pay 100$ then keep your vehicle for a week then call you to pickup your vehicle & tell you nothing is wrong....but the vehicle wouldn't even drive straight and needed a wheel alignment which cost 100$ ....wow called carhop about the issue less than 24 hrs later was told they would credit my next service...lol I paid out of pocket at other shops at least I know my vehicle is fixed correctly in a timely fashion. The engine light has been on from the first day of purchase through the engine replacement light still on. Carhop needs to shut down all locations & find one of these 10,000 lakes.
