disrespectful staff, and didn't have the proper paperwork they need to tow a car. asked for the towing report and they had no idea what i was talking about even though it's legally required that they provide that. need to include the condition of the car and the name of who towed the vehicle. they don't have the correct paperwork. they also predatorily go through apartment lots and take whatever car looks the nicest vs caring about which cars are actually parked illegally.

My building is through Steven Scott management I called them this morning to let them know that my garage was not working and I could not close it nor walk across the ice due to my disability. I was told by the manager in the office that it was okay for me to park in the parking lot and just use my parking permits in the window and I should not be told. Then I explained to them that they told me that before and my car got towed before I could not Park in the visitors parking spot because all of them were taken. So I parked where management told me to park. And did exactly what they told me to do and put my parking permit in the window what I have for my garage and still got towed... Pissed. And it's crazy because the management company of my apartment building knows that I an disabled

ILLEGAL PRACTICE. I would like to preface this by saying this is not simply a disgruntled review by somebody who was towed. I pay for parking through my apartment and am to display a parking permit in the top left corner of my windshield (advised by the apartment building as the only allowable place). I come out to find my car was towed and they said it cost $340 to retrieve my vehicle even though their lot is 7 minutes away. They claimed I had no parking permit, come to find out it was slightly obstructed by the glare tint on the top of my windshield. When I showed them this, and explained that it is displayed and if it were any lower it would be in my line of sight while driving (which is illegal). After attempting to explain this simple concept to them for almost an hour, they refused to listen to me and admit their fault and said that if I didn’t pay for it within 15 minutes before they close, they would keep my vehicle overnight and the charge would increase. It blows my mind that they were unable to eat their loss and admit they made a mistake, and instead made me spend my money for no good reason. Not to mention one of their employees decided they wanted to yell at us and claim we would be “SOL” after we were trying to calmly explain our reasoning. Nothing about the way that this place is operated is professional, and I advise anybody who is in need of towing services to STAY AWAY from these people.

Towed my truck for the tire being on the line because the car next to me parked to far over. Guess you need to start making illegal tows to pay for their Christmas and ruin my family's. Who does that right before Christmas!

I truly wish there was a way to give this company a zero rating. Paid Flying J to park my trailer in reserved while I bobtailed elsewhere. The idiot tow driver just hooked up to my trailer without checking with the folks inside Flying J for my record of reserved. When I call to try and reach a reasonable solution all I've received is venom and condescension. Communication (0*) Courtesy (0*) Intelligent reasoning (0*) Easily the worst company in MN I have ever dealt with. Be prepared to be treated like a piece of trash with these people.

Would advise anyone to use any tow company other than this one. I am a victim of there unfair way of operating there business. Captain towing has the contract for Truckers inn in Faribault MN. This towing company checks the lot periodically .Parked my truck there at 7 pm on a Friday. They towed it at 528 Sunday morning. They charged me 3299.50 only taking cash to bail my truck out. I've lived in Faribault since 2006 parking my truck there from time to time. I was unaware of truckers in hiring them 6 months ago and instituting there new parking pass policy. The signs in the lot cannot be scene when trucks are backed in front of them. They are the size of a license plate 4 of them in the lot. So heads up drivers be ware I would advise driving by the place. To many other places to buy fuel and not meet the crooks at Captain Towing. As well as a truck stop that doesn't want trucks in there lot.

Captain towing is contracted out through my apartment and they troll the place at night conveniently to upcharge and tow away cars that half the time aren't even in any violation. They towed my car stating that I parked in two parking spots when I was barely over the line in a lot that I pay to park in that had over 30 open spots for other residents to park. When I called to discuss this they would not give me the time of day and referred me to my apartment complex. They charged an astronomical amount for a car that was rightfully parked in a paid parking spot. Absolutely disgusted with how easy it is for people like this to rob people of their money.

Honestly good luck if you get towed here. This place is a dump. There was only one lady - I don’t remember her name who was very patient and sweet. Everyone else here will have you questioning humanity
