I called to get a quote for adding a hitch to my new SUV. This was the 3rd place I called so I knew what a fair price was.
They asked the right questions and gave me a quote that met my expectations. It was on the high side but still fair. Their online reviews were good so I scheduled it.
On the day of the install, the drop off was painless. They finished the job when they said they would.
When we picked up, the work looked great.

One of the few places that will install a 7-way connector for an RV. They know what they are doing. They got me in quickly and did the work for a reasonable price. I felt I was in good hands. And they were friendly.

We got a vestibule trailer and they recommended for us to go to this place since one the runner lights wasn't working. The employee unplugged the lights and plugged them back on and changed us $100. When we asked why it was so much they just said "anyone that shows up plays $100 otherwise they wouldn't stay in business" so just beware that if you go there you'll be expected to pay $100 for showing up!!!!

These guys saved us! Thank you!! We’re in the middle of a cross-country road trip, from AZ to MN to Canada. Seems our newly installed hitch wasn’t done correctly back home in AZ. The lights didn’t work on a trailer we’re borrowing from family in Apple Valley. Our son made a quick call to these guys this afternoon, and they squeezed us in. They troubleshot the issue and had us out in less than 90 minutes. With the problem fixed, we’re driving north tomorrow morning to Canada for a much-anticipated week of fabulous fishing! Big shout out to Burnsville’s Trailer Hitch! You’re the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Burnsville trailer hitch! Their customer service is unbelievably great They got my son’s trailer in same day, called with updates. The price was fair and they stand behind their work. We will be returning with all our trailer needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. Highly recommend!

This is the second hitch I’ve had installed from Burnsville T.H. I really like their product. The ball part is removable and doesn’t stick out. You are constantly in the back of your car getting stuff. Save your legs from hitting the hitch. It’s so worth it. Great service! Call and get an appointment. It is a drop off pick up your car when they are finished shop. Highly Recommend!

These guys are great! I live in Minneapolis and we needed a hitch for our Subaru to tow my wife's father's boat we inherited. So professional. So punctual. I dropped off the car at 10am and they were done with it by 12:30pm CST. Their lobby and vibe is amazing too! Feels like a micro-brewery in Colorado or Brooklyn. I can't recommend them enough. Home run!

After the hitch was installed, sensore was not replaced appropriately when the bumper was reinstalled. This caused water to get into the sensor and corrode. Burnsville trailer hitch said if it was working when I drove out of their shop they are not responsible. Of course it worked. Water did not have a chance to corrode it yet but it was definitely not put back together correctly which caused the damage. Cost me more to get this fixed than the hitch installed.

Great job setting me up with a hitch!
Last year I spent all summer scheduling with U-Haul 2 times and never got a hitch because they didn’t have it or the installer was never there.
Found Burnsville trailer hitch and they got me right in and installed a high quality hitch! Now I can take my bikes with me everywhere. Thanks!
