Overall my experience with Burnsville Toyota was great, good customer service and nice staff. Brian was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the SVU I was purchasing. He also tried to make the purchase process go as smoothly as possible.

Purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership was a Wonderful experience!! Tyler was exceptional to work with! He was never pushy, he just wanted to help us find the perfect vehicle that I was looking for. I had worked with several dealerships and several other people and he was by far the Best person to work with! I would Definitely purchase another vehicle from him and would recommend anyone stop in and work with him. He will take care of you and so will Burnsville Toyota!!

(I would have given less than one star but unable to do so when leaving a review) Burnsville Toyota scratched the paint on my wheels during the first 5k service, attempted to refinish them 3x’s, and dragged their feet for nearly 2 months, refusing to provide new wheels to me. I contacted my insurance company, ordered new OE wheels through another Toyota dealer, contacted Toyota Care and had new wheels installed within 1 week! $0 out of pocket, $3350 covered by insurance. Experience dealing with Burnsville Toyota…priceless! ????????

I’d hate to a review like this because I’ve worked at dealerships before and I understand how things are around here.My girlfriend and I went on a test drive with Jeff, and in all honesty, we did not have the best experience with him. My girlfriend is the one interested in buying the car. I could tell by his body language that he was a bit uncomfortable with a female test driving a manual car. As a salesperson, he knew nothing about the car. He was just there just to be there, he couldn’t answer any questions about the car. He even made a statement saying “wow you know more about the car than I do.” Hear me out, if I show up to your store interested in buying your product, shouldn’t you as a salesman know what you’re selling? I’m not sure if he was judging us because we are young and he’s discriminating us based on our age and her gender, maybe he thought working with younger clients is a waste of time? Not sure. Part of me wants to give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he wasn’t having a great day, who knows. But overall he seemed very disinterested with our whole interaction. At the end, he had the audacity to say “ask for Jeff when you guys come back for a car.” No, I will not be asking for Jeff.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Larry was my sales person and he was do knowledgeable and since my car was on order, he kept me informed on production status, delivery non-stop. Not one time I had to call or i had any reason to worry.This car was for my daughter and I am so blessed that she got such a great experience buying her first car. Thank you Larry.Now its time to upgrade my Toyota ?

Would give ZERO STARS if possible.What an embarrassment!!!I'm not sure how, but my 20 year old went there to have an overpriced brake job today. Their checklist said that fluids were all in good level. I discussed car maintenance and got under the hood after she came home.Her oil was OUT! Dry as a bone.Washer fluid, low.Antifreeze, near low.All fluids were checked in "Good" level.I'm not even sure what to say. I thought that Toyota had good standards. Maybe this is a unique experience. I'm very wary right now.What else did they miss and how can I count on a good brake job from them?

First, of the hundreds of my reviews this is my SECOND bad review! These people are con artist. My wife's Prius just stopped running no warning, no idiot lights. They were closest so we towed the car to them. They came back with a bunch of error codes and charged us nearly $1000 and kept the car all week. She picked the car up and on the way home it died with the exact same circumstances. Again the car was towed to them as she only got about 3 miles away--they did not fix the issue. This time they called me and said number of other error codes and would be about $5000. All the research I did showed it was $300 fuel pump and about 1 hour to replace it. They charged me $1860 MORE dollars, so not $5000 but huge price tag. We picked up the car it was dirty, greasy, the windows were left down, it was parked outside and it rained! The car since replacing the fuel pump ran great. We no longer trust the car so we opted to trade it in on a new Corolla Cross. I was told we'd get $6k trade in on a car that car that was coming in. This car like three days before delivery, was suddenly "reserved" by somebody else and my trade in was now ~$4k and it would be about a year before our Toyota Cross would be in. We were told they had taken a hybrid in in trade... they were just trying to get us back. It was not a hybrid. It was in terrible shape. We left and bought a brand new Kia. Said farewell to Toyota after decades of being an amazingly great Toyota customer and great experiences at Walser Toyota, we said farewell to Toyota due to Burnsville Toyota. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to Bloomington and see Walser!

We walked in today as we found a Highlander we were interesting in purchasing. We have been looking for quite sometime found one online. We have worked with this dealership previously and have had a great experience. Today we worked with Riley and he was great! He answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during our time. We were able to come up with a compromise on the trade in value of our vehicle and left happy in our new Highlander. I highly recommend them!

Oscar was the best sales rep! We initially came in for a RAV4, but wanted to test drive the other cars as well. He was extremely patient and made sure we get the driving experiences of all the cars that we are interested in! He was super friendly, never pushy, and extremely knowledgeable! He answered all the questions that we have, and made sure we know the differences between the trims and features of each model that we were considering. The whole purchasing process was so smooth and stress free thanks to Oscar! We left with a crown and are super pleased with it!

I have never been so happy with a purchase of a new vehicle! David Smith worked hard to find me the hybrid I wanted! He made sure it was clean and full of gas when I arrived to pick it up.Not only was David professional but, he set up my phone and went over all the new "technology" my vehicle has! Everything went smoothly.

I can ask questions, etc. I really appreciate the support as I have returned a vehicle from another dealership because I was overwhelmed with the purchase, cost & tech. I need the support. This is our 3rd purchase at Burnsville Toyota and the experience has been phenomenal! With all the recent supply chain issues we were on the waitlist and had to wait a year to get our Sienna but David Smith made sure that we were always kept on the loop. He reached out with alternative options when available and did a fantastic job of staying in communication and providing timely updates so I did not have to be the one to follow up.
