This is our 2nd car from Tyler. He is amazing to work with. He was able to get a new RAV4 in 2 week. He went over all the features and worked with my religious views on financial.

I had thee best experience with Jeff B. In Sales. Jeff was honest & upfront with me. On the day of signing papers & purchasing my Awesome Red 4 Runner, I panicked b/c I didn't know if it would fit in my garage or not! Jeff, calm as a cucumber said " How far do you live?" I said "15 minutes", his response "Lets go"... & off we went! Jeff stood there in my garage monitoring the clearance issue as I backed the 4 runner in
AND...IT FIT!! With a 4" clearance!!?
I cannot tell you the peace of mind that simple action on Jeff's part gave me. I signed the papers with confidence that this was good & my desire to have a 4 runner again (& Certified which gave me assurance) was Happening✨️✨️
Jeff B. Is a good man & a definite asset to your Team, so hang onto him & Patty who I also watched interacting with her clients...she's instills confidence in people, much like Jeff, but in a different way. Together...what a Team they make!?????
Also, after Jeff called me to let me know my plates were in I was eager to pick them.up that day.
It was a friday, & I was battling friday night traffic to get to the service dept. before they closed at 6p
I'm a Registered Nurse & was just leaving my shift, i knew I'd be a few minutes after 6 & called: the service girl said " I'm sorry but we close at 6"
I was frustrated & said "I will be there at 6:02p can someone just hand me my plates & I will put them on myself?"
There was a pause on the line, then this young man comes on the phone, I reiterated what I said to the young girl "...my navigation says 6:02p" he said "try & get here as fast as you can"... ZOOM ??? I WENT IN MY RED 4 RUNNER!
I arrived at 6:03p & out came the nicest young man with my license plates in one hand, a cordless drill in the other hand & a smile on his face : ))
He had my minnesota state park plates on in no time. I shook his hand thanking him for not only staying late on a Friday night to boot, but for being so kind & applying my new license plates for me.
I asked him his name & he said "Mark". So "Thank You, Mark (i dont know your last name) for your wonderful customer service, your kindness & understanding"
I truly hope Burnsville Toyota hires more authentic people like Jeff B. (Salesman) & Mark (in Service) they are Top Notch in my book & I am very glad they both are on the Burnsville Toyota Team

Used to offer free loaner cars for warranty service, but no more. I would drive 30 miles past the other Toyota dealership for this reason.

My experience with the services and finance teams was extremely disappointing. I found their customer service to be unhelpful and lacking competence. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

From the get go, Manuel Garcia was upfront, transparent, and knowledgeable, answering every question or concern I voiced. This was my son’s first adventure with a car dealership. Tyler was amazing! He helped him pick out the right vehicle in his price range and was never pushy!!! Even the finance manager was fabulous. He worked with several banks to find the best rate! Hands down the best experience in car shopping. I used to work in the industry so I was pretty Leary. I will be visiting them in the spring when I am ready for something new myself. And their cars are Toyota certified which not every “big” dealership offers. It’s important. Do your homework. These guys are the best.

Had my oil changed and here's the breakdown: 4 text messages, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls, two of which with a sales bait/lead gen tactic applied to them. It should be no surprise, but I can't in good conscious return for any service in the future knowing I'm going to get spammed this much. Fix yourselves. Forward this review to management who will listen to the fact that you actually lost future business as a result of spamming customers.

I came in looking to get a new car in the feature. Tyler helped us. He explained the processes of getting a new car. He went over all the features of the car. Ciao was the business manager he went over all the paperwork and details. I highly recommend this place and see Tyler.

I have been a long-term customer of Burnsville Toyota. I think I have ordered and received 5-6 different vehicles, mostly Highlanders. In 2022 I put on order a Highlander Platinum Hybrid. The first few months there was communication from the dealership on the status. From mid 2023 I have heard nothing. Still to this date 7/2024 I have not received my vehicle and canceled my deposit.
