Staff were pleasant (hence the 2 stars) however stated they would not diagnose the issue due to it occurring on another vehicle that was of similar model. They did not want to diagnose/fix it and charge me for it even at my request and despite that fact that the car is still under warranty. If they’re all broken then none of them are seemed to be the philosophy.

I came here for a routine brake flush on my 05' Prius. I don't believe its ever been replaced at 220K miles so I thought it good to get that out of the way. Service people were friendly. Drove the car home and opened the hood to find the reservoir overfilled to the tippy top, NOT to the max fill line. Surely they would check the level before handing me the keys back. Rather than drive it back and waste my time to have them correct it, I used a turkey baster to suck out the fluid and get it to proper level. In my opinion this is a concerning oversight. For something so simple to check, and so easy for them to do how could they miss this? I wouldn't take my car here again for any major service or minor service of any kind.

Chad was great. Went for oil change and tire sensors and check up. They found a leak. Also needed 2 other things. Chad sent me video of the problems. Problems solved. I have always gone there for car maintenance.

Told them the problem, charged me to “assess the problem” and then never even emailed me the estimate.
Bad communication and overpriced, really had the feeling of a 21st century auto shop trying to squeeze every dollar they could out of you.

The services here are really good. Their waiting room is quite nice too. They provide coffee, water and recently cookies are added. But I wonder why they don’t have popcorn like the other location?

I had to deal with a warranty issue on my Tundra, which is less than two years old, and dealt with Service Manager David G. Even after reaching out five times about the warranty claim, I couldn't get David to help sort it out. It made me feel like my concerns weren't a priority, so I won't be coming back here for service in the future.

Coming here for service was worse than any experience at a doctor/dentist. The service was always slow and overpriced. They actually turned me away for service several times! They told me to go to a quick lube place or a smaller shop; they didn't want to bother servicing my car or it wasn't a big enough job for them. I consider their treatment of me to be discrimination.

Before scheduling a visit, I explained that my Corolla had an intermittent rough running issue, with no active codes, before bringing it in. Provide the past codes and issue. They claim they can diagnose it so I schedule an appointment.
Bring it in. After 4 hours, all they did is check for codes, find none, and claim they can't do anything.
I want my $200 back.

This was my third visit to Burnsville Toyota Service Department and my last. Since buying my vehicle, I have had all my maintenance done at Burnsville Toyota based on the convenience of its location to my home. I have never been more disappointed in the lack of attention that service writers and staff have shown me in my visits. The first visit for my 5000 mile check up. I waited nearly 25 minutes waiting for a service advisor to come over and ask me if I was here for service. There was only 2 cars in front of me at this point. After waiting for 2 hours, I took it upon my self to ask how much longer it was going take. Only to find out my car was done according to the ticket was done 45 minutes after my arrival. Who knows how long I would of waited if I did not ask. The second visit at 10000 miles, I was notified by the mechanics email video that my video checked out great and I should be getting it back shortly. Again 30 minutes later I had to ask the front counter staff about my vehicle only to find out it was parked out front. No notification or acknowledgement by the service advisor. And now today for my 1 p.m. appointment, I Waited outside for 5 minutes outside the service door waiting to enter. Waited another 15 minutes for anybody to come to my car, Before I finally went inside to the service writers office to be told he didn't see me out there standing next to my car. I was told my 15000 mile appointment was basically just a fluid check and tire rotation. And again over 30 minutes after receiving my email stating my car checked out great and I should be receiving back shortly. I asked the front counter staff if my car was done. She went back to check on the paper work and stated the service writer would be out shortly. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. When i asked for the final time about my car. The young lady herself went and retrieved the paper work and asked if I had any questions for the service writer. A total of two hours for a fluid check and tire rotation. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward.

Very professional, reasonable number of reps on site to attend customers. Love their express service lines.
Slightly expensive but based of size of building and services they offer under one roof, it's worth it.

Find an appointment in there for 9:00 in the morning I was there at 8:30 I didn't get out of there for an oil change until almost noon and I had one other thing for him to check and nobody can find anything wrong with I've got an oil leak somewhere by the front tire that's leaking onto the tire

I had my 5000 mile inspection here and it was a wonderfully easy process! I was able to do some work in the lounge with the WiFi. It only took an hour, and when the service was finished I got a video of what was checked and a professional helped me get checked out. Awesome experience!
