This place makes it so hard to submit your pet insurance claims!!!!!!!!! Their computer system puts multiple pets on one invoice so submitting claims is a PAIN!! I’ve mentioned every single time that I am in that I need invoices to submit to insurance so you think that they would warn you about their system, but no warning. Be prepared to put in some time on your end if you have multiple pets with insurance because this place makes submitting claims so difficult that I’m willing to drive 40 minutes to our previous vet just to not have to deal with the BS claims explanations. Lastly, not sure how well they even exam your pets. My dogs were in on Friday and Saturday, Sunday we found fleas!!!!!!! You would think a proper exam would have caught them!!!!!

One of the best in the area. The vets and assistants are all very pleasant and right to the point. I previously had a small complaint regarding the quality of the cremation service they used around April when my bulldog passed. We unfortunately had another recent passing of one of our childhood pets but I was very pleased to see when I picked up her ashes that it came with a lot of sentimental items from a far better cremation service (Pets Remembered). I brought my concern regarding the old service to Dr.Rozendaal during a prior checkup and it’s nice knowing that something was done about it.

They always do a great job on my lil pupcake's nails. They work with pet desk which makes accusing easier and i always seem to have enough points to cover the nail trim!

After our previous vet closed in Burnsville, we started coming here. Our animals (dog & cat) have since had multiple health issues and each time, the vets have done a fantastic job of explaining what is going on with our animals as well as what the options are. You can tell they really care about animals and I appreciate understanding more about my pets health. The receptionist is also extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The staff really cares about your furball children! I've brought my cats there since I adopted them via Animal Control who worked with them. Everyone is professional, kind and enjoys their job. That makes a great place!

Our Granny Dog wasn't doing so well about a month ago and we knew due to her age and previous health conditions, she may not come home from the vet. The vet that cared for our dog, Maya, went through the risks and benefits of each option to best care for Maya. The best outcome was humanely letting her cross the rainbow bridge. The vet was so kind and curtious. When we picked up her ashes, it was clear that there was so much care given to our dog. There was a card with her nose and paw print stamped in it, a clay paw print with Maya's name, her ashes, along with a small jar with some of her fur. Making this choice was hard for our family, but we knew it was the best for Maya. Thank you all for the kindness and care you showed to our family.

Called them with a potential emergency and they were able to get my cat in that morning. Entire staff were very helpful and sweet. Very supportive of helping me stay within my budget, and helped make sure my cat was well taken care of. I am eternally grateful for their work.

We brought our puggle here for years for checkups, etc. and everyone was great but when we had to recently say goodbye to our best friend, Dr. Tim and staff were amazing. Incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. Awesome place!

We have appreciated the kind and thorough care our dogs have received from Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital over the years. The doctors are compassionate and explain things in detail to pet owners. When end of life decisions need to be made, they work hard to provide the best quality of life for animals, no matter how much time is left. They also try to get you in for appointments quickly.

Staff were pretty nice but they told me my cat needed to be spayed and then quoted me $700 for it. So I went to a different vet that only charges $100 and that vet was able to tell right away that my cat had already been neutered before I got her by a scar she had. I won’t be returning because of this.

This animal hospital's staff are compassionate and competent. When I had to put my cat down, they stayed late for all of my family members there - that meant a lot to us. They have taken great care of my cats. The staff is very friendly as well.

My family has been coming to this Veterinarian office for nearly 30 years. Over the past few years it has become very clear the staff and current management are focused on upcharging and pushing unnecessary product/service under the appearance of service to increase revenue instead of prioritizing care and listening to the pet owner. I pushed back on the last upsell attempt and was met with a condescending attitude from the vet. The owners are no longer participating in the day to day operation of this facility but as a business owner I would be appalled by the conduct of this staff member. Although I do believe this tactic is a reflection of ownership's direction to increase profit, their tactics and blanket approach for seeking every way to add on to a bill for a product or service is very transparent.
