NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS OK!!
I had my oil changed on a Thursday. The next day, I realized oil was leaking. I brought my vehicle back in for them to look at it. Based on comments by staff, oil leakage after oil changes is a common occurance here. Not the way to do business!
Staff are young and unprofessional. This is people's expensive vehicles your are servicing. STOP HORSING AROUND AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR WORK!!
Would not recommend this place!!

I had excellent service at my oil change. Appointment was quick to set up online and I was able to get in with no wait. The gentleman at the desk seemed very nice, relaxed., and courteous with the customers that came in and the other staff. The service itself was very fast and there was no pressure to push other services. I'll definitely go back.

Went in the other day to ask if they could scan my car's dash codes and see what comes up. They charge $50 to do this. A service most places will do for free. I'll just buy my own OBD2 scanner for $20 and do it myself. I know it only takes 5 minutes to scan and read the codes, so I don't wanna hear about how it costs labor. A bit ridiculous, if you ask me, and that puts a bad taste in my mouth for what they'd quote an actual fix at.
I also found out this location is also owned by the same person who owns the smoke shop at BP across the street. Not sure if that's a recent change in ownership or not.
Edit; I want to be extra clear. All I was asking for was for my car codes to be scanned. I wasn't looking for a full diagnostics or explaination. I figured out the problem on my own. I just wanted to know the codes my car was giving off. Either way, the service the reply I got to this review mentions is still a service many places offer for free.

FIND ANOTHER MECHANIC!! brought my car in for a simple repair and the problem remains. my car might even be worse than when I brought it in honestly! not much help at this location

Had an absolutely terrible experience at the dumpster of oil Center. This place is a disaster! The guy at the front desk who claimed to be manager and owner was incredibly unprofessional and complete jerk. This place has only one technician. I felt completely disregarded as a customer. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your oil change needs.
