Had a issue with my water pump the car was fixed came to pick it up was greeted very rude also after leaving with my vehicle the same day my vehicle did not start up I called Doug the owner this man is the most disrespectful person I ever spoke to if you bring your vehicle up be careful i am not sure what they did to my vehicle but it will not start. You need ethics training i call in the leak dummy
I hired you there was no reason to hang up phone because I had a concern about my vehicle your money hungry you don’t care about being professional

I’ve been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Brooks will not give you the runaround and try to get you to spend money on services you don’t need- They will find the TRUE problem with your vehicle and have it fixed properly and quickly.
I trust this shop with all of my vehicles implicitly, once you take your car here you will never go anywhere else.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Front desk and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful with the problems I had with my car. I will be back for sure!

Tacky, liars, money hungry and VERY unprofessional. Look at how they go back and forth with low reviews. Instead of telling customers business in the comments, why don’t you contact and ask how you can fix the problem so you can give better customer service? Also, their responses back to putting his hands on 2 women, he never denies. SMH!
