The cushions on our 7k Smith couch were not made correctly. A year later and several attempts including returning the couch to the factory have led to this review. Buyer beware, if you have a problem, be prepared to be disappointed with their service.

Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are higher than some other stores, but the quality and warranty are top notch. The delivery drivers are great too.

We ordered furniture from Hom Furniture 6 months ago. When it arrived after 3 months, it was so badly damaged it the delivery truck that they would not even unload it.We cancelled our order and went to Borofka's.We had a totally different experience at Borofka's. We worked with multiple sales people that were not competing with each other. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. We were able to design exactly what we wanted.When our furniture arrived it was delivered professionally by people who cared about delivering a quality product.In the end, you get what you pay for. Borofka's is not the cheapest, but I believe our money has been well spent getting a fantastic product with a great buying experience.

We have recently purchased our living room furniture from Borofka’s. While we are still waiting for 2 chairs, we are so pleased with the furniture we have. Our overall experience is fantastic - from the designer helping us with fabric and furniture selections to the delivery - we highly recommend this store! We purchased our basement family room furniture from Borofka’s several years ago and knew we would go back for our upstairs furniture. The quality and service are exceptional!
