Went in December 26th 2023 to get a new phone with Boost. Was told $40 per month for unlimited with 35gb of internet. Asked for a receipt which was not itemized. So $141 for new service and $8 added without my knowledge. Doing the math it was $93 for a new line? The lady spoke four languages but did not help with phone set up. I got home and there was no charger. I called the store and she said the phones don't come with a charger! What?! Then the phone was continually downloading and wouldn't work. Luckily, I was able to figure it out after about an hour. Crappy customer service. You guys need to explain to people what they are paying for. I never asked or knew I was getting charged $8 monthly for insurance until I looked at the phone. That's why they don't itemize their receipt!Oh, and the bank had to cancel my debit card for fraud because I was charged $96 on January 26th (supposed to be $48). Just go to Walmart and buy a phone. It will be less expensive and less headaches that way!

Lady working the store was great she helped getting my Mom her new phone and while it was being set up she helped another customer. ( Great multi tasker )I'd give 5 stars but store opened a little late.

Me and my wife bought 2 phones today from this place, Customer service is great, store is clean, all the latest Motorola phones, Nick is really helpful and friendly.

Went in for free phone that cost me $107.00 SD card that was charged wasn't there. Daughter's phone over 500 and it had same issue. Rip off.
