Will cold call you to advertise their credit card, leaving a message encouraging you to call them back at a direct line without stating the subject of the call. This is highly unethical and dangerous for elderly people to get used to calling back any number left in their voicemail instead of the main bank number and puts people at risk of phishing. When setting up my checking account I was also heavily pressured into opening a savings account by two people, and was also pressured into opening a credit card. I did not open a credit card, hence the cold-calling. Highly unethical.

The manager was very helpful and made sure I was taken cared of right away on an issue that was happening for a while with my car loan auto payment. Kevin, also assisted me very well in this matter and monitored the service request that was submitted and made sure my issue was taken cared of. He followed up with a call and an email on the process.

First time to this location to ask a question about routing numbers being BMO bought out Bank of the West hence BoW accounts will be transferred to BMO systems on September 5, 2023. Hoping my accounts aren't jacked up in the transition. ??Went to this location to find an answer about BoW routing numbers staying the same after transition being my VA and SSA benefits are deposited each month. The U.S. Treasury Dept requires 30 days to update direct deposit info. In BMO literature states the numbers will stay the same, but doesn't state if this is a temporary or permanent thing. Found out that any previous ETF or direct deposit set up before transition will stay the same. Only new ETFs or direct deposits will need the BMO routing number. The branch manager said she would call with the answer and she did.Lastly, the 4 star rating is because getting to this place is difficult and construction in the area doesn't help. Employees were great at helping a disabled veteran .

Worthless bank, worthless people working providing no help. Even to customers they have worked with for years. Need to find a new bank to work with.

Im not certain what the bottom reviews were but i had a great experience today. Worked with Cary and he was awesome. The teller was superb as well i just cant seem to find her card.

WORST Customer Service EVER experienced. unable to cash their OWN BANK CHECKS as they cannot verify their payer. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! The payer is THEIR CUSTOMER! and I have cashed their checks for a year each month!!!!!! Well they "google" the phone number and got a "pharmacy!" Then when I asked for the manager, "He was unable and will return until Tomorrow" gets better.... Then I got on the phone with the clinic that payed me with the check and as he wasn't the one that sign the check CANNOT BE VERIFIED... as he wasn't the one who signed the check (was the CFO so Sit down to get a hold to him!!!) Even they got the account payable information still weren't unable to cash the check, unless I OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR WAIT FOR THE MANAGER THAT -NOW- Would've return within 45 minutes. LOST one hour of my precious time. Drove to a real bank, Wells Fargo and 5 min later walk out with my money on my hands.

Very suspicious, slow and unfriendly staff, even to a BMO member. I even purposely called ahead and let them know I'd be coming, as my first visit was disappointing as well. The Mexican woman behind the counter is very unpleasant to both her customers and fellow staff. I typically go to my local Lakeville BMO, who know me by name. Here, they make a withdrawal seem like an interrogation process!

For a non customer cashing a check drawn on this bank, be prepared to be run thru the ringer.......shocked they didn't want a stool and urine sample as well.
