Floor service very poor. Walked in, asked for help, told to wait. Waited for 15 minutes b4 I went to ask again, was told all employees busy, but watched 3 to 4 standing in a group laughing and talking.

I purchased the phone that I had my eye on after my last phone kinda went south on me. With the help from a young lady who was more than capable of assisting in the purchase of the phone. She was instrumental in the swapping of data from the old to the new phone. I'm afraid I would have been totally out of my league with the upgrade.

Best Buy as a company has gone downhill in recent years. This location downsized and perhaps will be relocating soon to a better location? Regardless, with the stuff we are able to find the staff is typically pretty helpful.

Had to get a phone since Mine broke I literally ran in 15min before they closed granted I knew what I wanted 100% the guy that helped me was awesome he was super kind and friendly even though close to closing and I was in and out in 10min. Customer service here ROCKS .....THANKS YOU!!!

Grabbed a copy of windows 11. Im so glad there is still a store that you can get a physical copy on a usb. Best Buy has been a reliable leader in the industry for a long time now and they have my support. It was a smooth and easy purchase online and i picked it up in store

I'm sorry but best buy isn't what they used to be... if their corporate head office would realize they are slowly bleeding them self's out by not nicheing themselves n having more product in stores. Start carrying open source routers, more styles of Bluetooth keyboards(foldable versions). Raspberry pis and all the excessories... turn it into a computer nerds or IT professionals paradise...
Even if it's lightly stocked. Just have stuff that people can go see and touch and feel and while they ate looking for let's say an open source router that's functional on linux OS. They find a ubertooth Bluetooth sniffer... (get them into cybersecurity) or maybe a raspberry pi kit that will teach programing on facial recognition that comes with the camera module...
Make it into what microcenter used to be... a computer it professional / gamer / nerd / programmer, web developers dream store.
That's my 5 cents. But as of now I'm always disappointed everytime i walk in there.
