I visit this location on Friday June 2nd and was greeted by Emily who was amazing and since was my first time visiting this type of store , she kindly showed me the different fragrances and was very patience with me . Her level of hospitality went beyond . The five stars are because of her service and the product that she suggested I love it

This location has some of the finest staff I've ever encountered! ✨Carol✨ made my day when I stopped in for wallflower refills. She was at the door with the warmest smile and welcome and she introduced me to new scents and products that I would have not considered... I had a great time interacting with her and appreciate her product expertise! At checkout, I was assisted by Manager ✨Nicki✨ and she too was so pleasant, genuine, and helpful. My transaction was smooth and I LOVE the rewards program! I left truly feeling like an appreciated customer (which is rare these days in the retail market)... I look forward to returning again - in part to my in-store customer experience. Thank you, ladies! True gems of B&BW! ✨

Walked in and right away was greeted! My daughter and I walked around and sprayed all the perfumes on the little papers they provide. We loved it! Also they were having a great sale on mists! Definitely going back!

Best bath and body works to shop at! It is one of the few very active things still in the mall, but they are always well stocked and well staffed despite being in the mall that doesn't bring a lot of foot traffic.Definitely recommend this location!

Never had a problem with this place. Whenever I go, they often seem to have deals going on, like buy one get one or 60 percent off these! It's always nice to go there and buy a bunch of stuff at once.

I had never bought any fragrances before from this store, and after I saw it was getting all the rave, I just had to buy one. Now im very picky with my fragrances, so I had to go to the physical store to pick one out. So I find a store, and i am probably 10 feet away from it and there are already perfumes, fragrances, candles- you name it- sneaking up my nostrils. The smell was very sweet and pungent, although im not complaining. And so I walk in and i see the most beautiful display of fragrances on the shelf and spray a few on some cards so I can smell them. But i can't. The sweet smell around me blocks out the smell of whatever the fragrance is supposed to smell like. And in its replacement, It smells like alcohol! Almost all of them smell like this except for a select few. I take what I can and surprisingly they are all 15-20 bucks (very cheap), however based on the smelling experience, exactly what they should be priced at. If you are looking for a good, everyday, beautiful scent...this is not for you. However, if you are a young teen looking for an inexpensive scent for fun, I would recommend this line of products.

The store was great but the mall is dead! Just a handful of stores open. Fragrances well organized and available. Associates were the right mix of attentive and provided space for personal shopping experience.
