Great experience! Scott and Pierce have been amazing -- above and beyond!I walked into the Burnsville AT&T store with a unique situation, and Scott and team were immediately warm and helpful. They explained things very well. I was in store long enough to see the team interactions with multiple other customers, and it seemed clear to me that Scott (Manager) is very upbeat and drives very good consistency across the entire team.My situation was unique enough that the entire team put in a good amount of extra time with me. Again, they worked above and beyond. Special shout-out to Pierce (Manager) for all the extra communication and willingness to help!This was the gold-standard for customer service -- not just for a wireless service store -- but gold-standard across several companies and across several industries with which I've interacted.Thank you all again!- Mike

1 star for having the phone I wanted, another store for not being busy. But the rep told me I would have 30 days of insurance coverage free. Went to a different store to cancel within the 30 days before I started paying, but he told me that wasn't a thing, and sure enough it was on my bill. Also have a $6 monthly fee for early upgrade. Never signed up for that either. So be very careful at this store with what they sign you up for without your knowledge or misleading you on what you will pay.

My wife and I went to upgrade our smartphones this week. The rep that helped us seemed distracted and routinely needed to be reminded of details. The phones were activated in-store, and so far the devices have worked according to specifications.HOWEVER, the phone numbers assigned to us were incorrect, with my wife receiving my number, and vice-versa. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer support and technical support. The refrain seems to be the same each contact, the rep at THIS store COULD correct the issue, but because my wife was not present with me., nothing was done. Additionally, the PIN needed to access support was not set as the number we requested. And apparently there is no way to fix that, either.I use my phone for work, this isn't simply a minor inconvenience. Folks under fifty simply don't pick up if they don't recognize the number. Despite the fact that this is a major issue, the reps at the store did not make even a small gesture to show they had any empathy for my problem, let alone work to resolve a problem they created.I cannot recommend the Burnsville AT&T store to anyone. Go anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience when I came into the Burnsville AT&T Store today. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 from what I thought was AT&T in Target in Savage 2 days ago. I was having issues getting the phone activated so I went to Target and there was no one at the "AT&T" desk. I explained my issue to Erik, the Store Manager at Burnsville and told him I had no phone I could use. He was very patient and knowledgeable and got my phone activated. I would recommend Erik and this store to everyone. I will make my next purchase there.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Earlier today (5-1-23) I went to the AT&T store off of Buck Hill to dispute my bill as it had gone up $200. I told the rep that I was frustrated because I did not understand the 611 representatives, and suggested that the called were outsourced to India. The rep at the Buck Hill store, called me a RACIST for making that suggestion. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 20 plus years, and I have never been treated like this before.As expected, my bill didn’t go down, and now I’m stuck paying an almost $300 bill for a line I never authorized. Since I’m a “racist”, I will take my business to somewhere else.Good riddance AT&T.

Best flip'n phone store experience I've ever had! Look we all hate going to the phone store. We all know you're gonna have to wait for an answer you didn't want to hear. The consultants at this store are top notch! They're system of greeting and listing everyone coming in is excellent. Darin provided me with outstanding service. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and articulate. This is my go to store from now on.Unfortunately, I got an answer I didn't want to hear. Beware of the Samsung Flip one year screen warranty! The Galaxy Flip will crease at the fold within weeks of use. This crease will only get worse turning into a crack down the center of your screen. Samsung will not fix their product malfunction because I missed the warranty year by 4 days. What the Flip!

My mother and I had to visit the Burnsville AT&T store on 11/20/22 to replace the SIM card in my mothers phone(as she was having issues) and I wanted to upgraded my phone. The customer service tech was outstanding and I wish I’d gotten the name of the gentleman that helped us. He was so awesome to work with and made for such a SMOOTH VISIT! It’s not everyday you get this kind of experience in todays world when fixing problems with technology but he was great! In and out of the building with problem fixed. Thank you!

Just wanted to say how awesome Darin is! He is always kind and goes above and beyond to make sure my issues are resolved. The Burnsville location is the only place I will ever go now if I come across any issues.
