Do not go here or work here. Walk in wanting to ask more about their business and set up an appointment but ended up seeing the way they treated their employees, and it just makes me walk right out. Thank God I took my business elsewhere.

Budget friendly if you don't have eye insurance. Their eye care club will also save you money. The contacts I ordered were about $16 a pair. Glasses frames are not terrible and they offer a variety of price ranges. The employees are friendly and seemed willing to help. Only issue I had was when I went back into the store to order contacts after the trial pair, I asked if my glasses had come in as well. She fake typed on her computer and told me it would be a few more days (the original date they gave me). I saw another woman bagging a shipment of glasses so I laughed to myself as I got a text that my glasses were in very shortly after. Everyone is busy nowadays. The eye exam itself is not a top notch ordeal. You get what you pay for. It's fine for me, because I don't have issues with my eyes. But I would maybe look elsewhere if you know you have issues. They do send an aggressive amount of reminder texts, calls and emails about your appointments.

When I went to the initial visit it was fine. The doctor was great but then I had having problems with the contacts. Drake has been wonderful in getting them replaced with right contacts. I had no problems with Drake and he is an asset for this company. Thank you Drake, my have made me a happy customer!

I had an eye and contact exam on February 22nd at the Burnsville MN location. I set my appointment about 2 or 3 weeks ahead of time. When it came to a week before my appointment, I was receiving a text and an email and a phone call every single day. Way too much reminding. I had to oppt out of texts and emails just to get them to stop. My appointment went well. The staff and doctor were good. My new prescription required me to get bifocals or progressives. I picked out some frames and got progressive lenses. Almost $500.00 which I think was very expensive. It took 9 days to get my glasses. I have been wearing contacts for probably the last 15 years or so. Now, as far as the contacts I ordered go, I still have NOT received my contacts and they tell me I will not get them for a while. As of today, it has been 2 weeks, and they said it will be at least another week. I asked if I could get my prescription so I could go elsewhere and get them faster. They told me I could not get my prescription. I paid for the exam and I think I should be able to choose whoever I want to get my contacts through. I don't think this is right. I will never go back to America's Best again. I will tell my family and friends to go somewhere faster also. I hear that Costco and Sam's Club are cheaper and faster.

Service at this location is now and has been the best! We tried a different location and were disappointed so we came back! Love Dr. Yaw!

Easy to get an appointment but also ready to hand out guilt trips for missing an appointment and rescheduling it yourself. The horrors! Get over it. If I wanted a lecture I'd ask my parents for one. Based on the number of available appointments it seemed hardly worth bringing it up. Don't think I'll be coming back.

This is my store to go for glasses! More than 10 years of good services and kind people. And the prices on the frames and the selection is fantastic! Go there before going to any store… and make a decision.

I feel like they don’t get much credit they’re very inviting and they deliver all my glasses come from them and they’ve been welcoming.for all those who think that they’re the problem maybe they should start thinking about how to care for yourselves instead of these small issues. They’re great and i will forever be in there debt for they’re work.

Was very happy with everything from checking in, seeing the doctor and having him go over cataract with me. Somer was amazing at helping me pick out glasses. She had me try something I never would have considered. They are now my new glasses!!

They checked my eyes and said I had a start of cataracts and kept on with eye exam. Then they ordered new glasses. Glasses came in not right. They said to try them for a week and then call back. which I did. Called today and made an appoiontment to come back in which they gave me a time. 6PM they called and cancelled and I said I wanted my money back and then they said because of the cataracts I would have to see a specialst and no refund or return. Why did they even make the glasses and waste my time and money if they would not adjust to my eyes. So much for the free exam!!!!!!! Actually the glasses could have been made taking into the count of the start of my cataracts. Cateracts take along time to get worse!!!!!!!!Had doubts when I walked in and should of turned around and left!!!!! STAY AWAY. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I SERIOUSLY EVEN DOUBT THE THREE RATINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TELLLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL THEY GET PAID!!!!!!!!!REMEMBER THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SOCIAL MEDIA. REALLY TRY TO HELP THEM OUT
