Not impressed. The worker who helped me with ordering of my glasses never got up off the chair, was slouching and it seemed like I was an inconvenience. Also taking too long to receive my glasses.

Absolutely ridiculous negative reviews. The doctor here is knowledgeable and friendly. Staff are quirky and just trying to make a living doing something meaningful. He also remembers you when it s been 2 years. Decent selection but you can’t beat the sales and promos AB had.

My husband went in as a new patient. He had an exam for contacts and bifocals. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do! We will absolutely be back for our future eyeglass needs!

I got my glasses from here, and I always take very good care of my glasses. Within 6 months the arms and all over the frame was covered in brown and green rust that hurts my skin. It leaves these acne looking spots on my skin where the glasses come in contact with my face and they burn. When I asked about a replacement they were very rude to me. They were actually very rude throughout every process of my exam and getting my glasses. Luckily it looks like the staff turned over, they must have fired the employees that were harassing me. It must have been happening to other people too and not just me. I’ll never forget how I was treated and the lasting effects of how it made me feel. Also the glasses don’t fit my face well at all. They must not have done their measurements correctly because the skin on my face puffs out around the arms of the glasses. The skin on my face is now permanently in this shape and there’s an indent from the glasses arm that won’t go away

The store manager was very dismissive of me when I picked up my $400 order and asked for a superior glasses case, not two, just one. I had gotten glasses a year ago at the Eagan store and spent half as much and made the same request, and was given not one but two cases by the manager. This time I went to Burnsville, because they were closer. When I made the request he told me sorry you have to pay for it, in a dismissive tone. Perhaps he does not respect senior citizens. When I told him that they had given me the same case in Burnsville, he dismssively said, "Perhaps that store manager wants to lose money, I don't." Well for sure he has lost me as a customer, and if I were you I would go to the Eagan store or another store because he certainly doesn't value his customers. Stay away.

STAY AWAY FROM THE BURNSVILLE MN LOCATION. I cannot review without leaving a one star, if it were possible I’d leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review.
This is by far the worst experience of my life, by the time I walked out I was in tears. I have NEVER been treated so rudely, and I’m not young. The receptionist was friendly and was helpful. The doctor was decent, I suppose.
The staff who helps you chose glasses and check you out on the other hand, completely different story, specifically Lillith. She did not even acknowledge me when I was brought out of my exam. She was NOT helpful with my choosing glasses, she was NOT helpful with any questions I had but instead had rude comments “I don’t know what your talking about” “I don’t know what that is”…WHY in the world are you working at an eye glass store if you have NO knowledge and WHY are you in a customer service type job where you have to speak with customers if you are NOTHING BUT RUDE! The store manager, I’m assuming by the way he changed his attitude quickly and said “well that’s up to me now, isn’t it” when I said “I feel like she should not be working here” prior to that comment he had the answer I needed that LILLITH wouldn’t even try to find the answer to. She also did not measure my face, it has been 3 YEARS since my last exam, you have NO idea how my face has changed in the long. She didn’t even give me the option to upgrade my lenses, which I usually ALWAYS DO!
All in all VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Once I go pick up my glasses which I unfortunately already paid for, I will NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Honestly I’ll probably never go back to an America’s Best, I’ll be going to Sam’s Club or Walmart. Which is where I will be going to order lenses for the frames I did bring with me and couldn’t even order. And I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate offices.

Went in to pickup my glasses and couldn’t even see out of them. They tried fixing them 2 times for me and every time I went back in the had no solution as to why and told me they don’t know how to fix it. Now I have glasses I can’t even use.
