If I could give this company zero stars I would. After the tornado that went through Hugo in 2010 I live close to that. My house got hit with hail. I even upgraded on the siding with the foam and more expensive shingles. ABC made a hefty profit from working on my house. Yet after they finished my house my Air Conditioning didn't work. The wire was behind the siding and wouldn't fix it. They said for me to do it and they'd reimburse me. The guy I had doing it didn't have the fancy sheet for the bill. He charged me $100.00 for his time and effort. He had to drill a hole to get the wire. Then he fished with his fingers. Took him about 2 hours. Called Dave the sales guy that came to my house. He wasn't helpful. I call the main office the same in the picture. I even drove down there and showed them the receipt. It wasn't good enough for the people in that building. They didn't reimburse me. As if I made this up or something driving down to the south metro taking my TIME. I decided right then and there I'd never use their company again. Few years later another hail storm. I forgot about it . Dave the same guy came back. He came to my house explained that they put 4 nail in per shingle extra. Was going to have them do that. Then it hit me about the previous time with my Air Conditioner wire. I told Dave about what happened previously he said he would payed me and would pay plus he was kinda upset because I was backing out of having them do my work. He didn't do this the last time. I was on my own to get my Air Conditioner working because ABC put the wire behind the new siding. This is a true story. Call me at 651 three 0 7- 18 zero 8 if you don't believe me. Find another company. And the reason for this is because I saw the ABC advertisement on WCCO 4 news.

Great work by a great crew! Project Manager, Tyler, on site, maintained efficient, quality performance from a truly talented group of workers. Our roof was quite the challenge, as it is large and convoluted. From A-frame to Hip to Flat and including a unique shed structure, they mastered it all.Very satisfied with the job and thrilled by the outcome.Highly recommended!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Once the work began, people doing the job were wonderful. They were professional, were always on time, knew what and how to do the job, careful with existing landscaping. Someone wrote fake reviews about this business on Angi illegally using my email to do so. When i investigated, it was found to be someone named Steve and Parker Nelson. From emails recieved, they claim to be the owners. This company just seems like a scam in and of itself.

They stole my email address to write fake reviews about how great they are. Absolute scam! The owner himself stole my email to write fake reviews. Chances are, he's never had a legit good review.Edit: i noticed it several months ago and didn't say anything till today. Only because the emails on Angi have gotten out of control. I never signed up for Angi. I don't even live in the U.S., least of all Minneapolis. Whatever is going on is through Angi.

They replaced our roof as a result of hail damage. About 10 years prior we had hail damage and we used ABC, we were so satisfied with their work we went with them again this time. Everyone that I interacted with at ABC was great. The process was very easy. The crew was on time. They installed my roof in a day. I was referred to Joe Reynolds, with ABC company for possible storm damage to my roof. Joel was extremely unresponsive to my text messages or phone calls, then when a meeting was set up to have Joe and the adjuster and myself look at the roof, Joe never showed up nor did he call, The insurance adjuster said that he had never been stood up like this before. Sad because I really wanted things to go well.

Joe worked hard to meet my needs. I was very specific with my color scheme, Joe put in the time to pull it together. When it came to build time Zak and the crew are pro's. My home is the cutest on the block. Not cheap but that's ok you get what you pay for.
